at BB's FB page he / they keep on posting new pictures of Jane almost on daily basis ... for that reason only, I don't really mind that FB page.... as if it would not existed, I would not be able to see those......

Today's new one was this one:

"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves."

I enjoy looking at the pictures of Jane. The messages placed above them seem relevant to BB, not Jane. It's all about him imo.

Don't recall the name of BB's female attorney, but she pointed out BB is a pillar of the community, blah, blah, blah. His children and mother need him for support (moral?). He's not a flight risk.

Is BB trying to set the stage to show that he's detached from reality?

Prosecutor points out Rachel Gillette and violation of PPO, Jane's mother's concerns for BB's mental condition and is afraid of him. BB has called and threatened other witnesses. Bashara asked 2 people were solicited for murder for hire. There is a fear 2 other witnesses, one unnamed, one Gillette, are in fear for their lives. BB has substantial assets... and she names them off with their appropriate values. His mother is extremely well off.

Wants him to turn in passport and drivers' license.

IDK Bravo, I didn't catch that either. They cut off signal too fast. I was hoping for no bond. His cell is pretty big compared to the average cell. I can imagine JB's family is thankful he is behind bars now.

Bashara's Lincoln Navigator was impounded by police during his arrest Monday. His mother, Nancy Bashara, tried to get into it at the police station but was stopped by officers and then interviewed by a television reporter, according to witnesses.

I thought I heard cash surity. I think it might mean they have to put up cash/property worth that much. I'm sure there's someone here who knows the deal, or the MM will splain! If there were a provision that he could use the 10% to bail out, it woulld be 1.5 million, non-refundable, thank you. I guess the family could scrape that together!
