We have video and then some open helicopter mike in California, I have seen Griem walking in & out, the hearing has not started. Right now it's a bail bondsman going over various people who didn't show up to court.

Griem has gone through the locked door. Judge is taking a phone call. And the helicopter mike is back on clickondetroit. I'm switching to Fox.

Griem says Tuesday night they came to the conclusion that he might be better served by a different attorney.

Flatly states his and Bashara's relationship is not intact, Bashara asked Griem to call 2 lawers, he has, one is meeting with Bob this afternoon, the other tomorrow.

Griem claims this is not a delaying tactic (I beg to differ but that's just me). Griem going on and on about whoever represents him at prelim exam represents him at trial, won't be Griem.

Judge wants to know reason.

Griem being vague, says meeting 3 times in four days, client and attorney are on different paths, wavelengths, "develops necessity to part and for the client to find different counsel".

Judge is not wanting to hear this answer. Asking for a clearer reason. Griem refuses to give reason in open court. Long reason about prosecutors conducting their investigation in secret and he doesn't want to give prosecution insight into their side.

Judge is barely audible, he is still not liking this answer.

Asking Griem to SPECIFICALLY TELL THE COURT. Griem wants a legal ethics attorney to be questioned by Judge. Again refuses to give specific reason(s) in open court, violation of attorney-client relationship and giving prosecution discovery.

Judge again says to explain "what it is, the substance of this breakdown." "I have to have something. You just can't come in here and say I quit, it doesn't work that way"

Confirms to Judge he wants to part ways with Griem. Bob VERY disheveled looking, looks like he has lost a lot of weight, shirttail half out, pants hanging.

Prosecutor talking, states Griem asked for 2 adjournments, the day after he notified Griem they were moving forward, Griem files motion to be excused.

Judge says he has concerns and perhaps Griem should have Bob's new lawyers.

Griem yelling, stating Bob cannot get a fair trial. Objection by prosecution, Judge telling Griem he cannot act like this.

Griem's reason Bob cannot get fair trial in state of Michigan is police and prosecution leaks. Griem incensed that prosecutor informed court there are "other threats out there" maybe referring to threats on other lives?

Judge asks again, does not want to hear from anybody else, it's a different situation if Bob wants to fire Griem, but does not seem to be what Griem describes. Judge again brings up delaying tactic.

Griem wants a hearing on whether what prosecutor said is true in closed court.

The lady prosecutor trying to talk to Judge, Griem flipping out. Griem officially objects to her talking.

Griem refutes delaying tactic. Judge again asks why Bob should get another attorney. Griem asks to approach, but still talking. Approaching to discuss adjournment requests.

Female prosecutor's face is like "oh just stop it"

One thing I did notice is when Bob stood up when he was called, it seems he is still trying to hide the cuffs (had a legal pad under his arm). I don't know why that's so important to him right now. Well yes I do, his image.
