Monday, October 20, 2014, day four of testimony.

The first witness today, the 11th witness, Charles Gabel
Member of Lockmoor Country Club and Rotary. Financial consultant by trade. Considered a friend of bb.

The second witness today, the 12th witness, Jim Wilson
Met bb at Lockmoor Country Club in the year 2000. His family became friends with the Bashara family.
They spent time together as couples and their children too. Joy, JW's wife at the time, and Jane were friends.

The third witness today, the 13th witness, Roxanne Flaska
She is a neighbor who lived across the street, four houses down from the Bashara residence.
Roxanne and Jane were friends for 11 or 12 years. RF knew bb and the Bashara children as well.

The fourth and final witness of the day, 14th witness, Stan Brue
ATF Special Agent who specializes in cell phone records
He will return to take the stand again on Wednesday

Tomorrow, Tuesday, the Court will decide if the content of the text messages will be admitted into evidence.

Testimony will resume on Wednesday, October 22.

U.S. Secret Service Agent who interviewed bb on January 27, 2012.

The second witness today, 16th overall, Christopher Hess
FBI Special Agent, Coordinator of the Violent Crimes Unit.
Expert in historical cell phone record analysis.
CH examined bb and Jane's cell phone history as well as cell tower information.

The third witness today, 17th overall, Janet Leehman
A woman bb and Rachel Gillett met through the website, ALT.com (alternative lifestyle).
She was invited to move to and live with bb and RG in Michigan.

The fourth witness, 18th overall, Mary Morey
A volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul resale shop where she met Joe Gentz.
MM hired JG to do labor at Eastern Market Antiques, a shop in Detroit.

The fifth and final witness today, 19th witness to date, Laura Callaway
Worked at the St. Vincent de Paul resale shop on Kercheval

Janet said she received a lot of responses to her http://alt.com ad, but reiterated that Bob was the only "nice" person who wrote

McCarthy: "Is it a common thing for the people considered slave to be the property?"

Judge: "What made you decide to go on http://alt.com ?"Janet: "Really? I've been on some of the other ones, and they all sucked."

Janet said the other sites were dangerous. "I had a boyfriend who was a little twisted...and he was fun, and I enjoyed that."

"I was looking for a dominant mover and shaker...I'm a businessperson, and I date businesspersons. I don't date musicians..."

"No offense to musicians."She added: "There are bad people on all those sites, and they troll them."

Judge: "What made you think you'd find a Type A person on (http://alt.com )?"Janet: "Clearly, it was flawed thinking, Your Honor."

When McCarthy asked if Janet liked it a little rough she said: "I make decisions all day long. There's a distinction in roughness."

After Janet met Bob: “I was trying to figure out what the heck I had gotten into, and how to get out of it.”
