Monday, November 3, 2014, the ninth day of testimony.

Two witnesses took the stand today, one of them for the second time.

First, returning witness, Steve Tibaudo, Steve's Furniture and Appliances.
He was witness No. 27 on October 27th.

Second, 30th witness overall, David Babcock, Detroit Police Evidence Technician

Wednesday, October 29, Bashara reportedly collapsed in the William Dickerson Detention Facility as he prepared to be taken to court.
Court was cancelled on the 29th and the remainder of the week.

Detroit — A month before Jane Bashara was murdered, the man who admitted to strangling her sent text messages about "(doing) somebody in" according to testimony Tuesday.

Prosecutors say the confessed murderer, handyman Joseph Gentz, was hired by Grosse Pointe Park businessman Robert Bashara, who is accused of first-degree murder. Gentz has pleaded guilty to killing Jane Bashara, but said Bashara forced him to strangle the woman at gunpoint...

Tuesday, November 4, 2014, the tenth day of testimony. Three witnesses testified, two returning.

First up, returning witness, Stan Brue, Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
He appeared first on October 20th as the 14th witness.

Second, returning witness, Steve Tibaudo, Steve's Furniture and Appliances
He was witness No. 27 on October 20th and November 3rd.

Third, the 31st witness overall, Jodi East, Gross Pointe Park Police Dispatcher
