Speaking of titles, when compiling the number of witness per day list,
I noticed that the two Sirs' names were mixed up (via tweets and in my post).
Robert Godard is "Sir Rick" and Patrick Webb is "Sir Patrick" (kind of a no-brainer).
They testified on October 14th and 15th, respectively.

First day of the sixth week of trial.

Yesterday, Monday, November 17, 2014, the seventeenth day of testimony.

Four witnesses today ~

First, the 47th witness, Michael Skaff, bb's second cousin and friend.
Lived near to the Bashara family and knew Jane and children.
Was a member of the Lochmoor Club and golfed with bb.

Second, the 48th witness, Laurence Wolf, met bb at an S&M party. He prefers to be called "Larry".
Fall 2011, bb mentioned to Larry he was buying a house with RG and a woman from Oregon.

Third, the 49th witness, Unidentified former cellmate of bb's. At Oaks together in the highest, level 4, section of the prison. Locked down for 22 hours a day. bb was looking for someone willing to kill a bunch of people.

Fourth, the 50th witness overall, Richard Falcinelli, a.k.a. Midnight Rider and/or Sir Rick (another one?).
BDSM community member and acted as bb's power of attorney. Knows witness No. 49.

Bravo -- after reading George Hunter's tweets & Gina's blog from today, there's no way I could ever sit in that courtroom and listen to the testimony...and the judge's comments (not to mention HER tweets....OH.MY.GOD!!!) Another 4-hour day in court, and many more, I'm sure. She (judge) said there's 10-20 more witnesses....she doesn't KNOW?!? That's quite a disparity, but I'm not a lawyer, so I really don't know -- maybe they decide NOT to call witnesses? In any event, thank you for giving me the info on where to park, etc.

Bashara is accused of hiring his handyman to have his wife killed so he could pursue a BDSM lifestyle with his longtime girlfriend.

Detroit — Robert Bashara's godmother was "floored" to learn he slept in his marital bed with a woman while his longtime girlfriend slept on the floor.

Gwendolyn Samuel, Bashara's godmother and aunt, began testimony Wednesday in the murder-for-hire trial of the Grosse Pointe Park businessman by saying she had no idea he was having an affair...

Tuesday, November 18, 2014, the eighteenth day of testimony. One witness.

One returning witness, the 50th, Richard Falcinelli, bb's friend for 10-12 years from the lifestyle.
He took over as bb's power of attorney in March, 2013. He kept Jane's ashes in his basement. :(
RF was served a subpoena to testify at the trial.


The number of witnesses waived has changed to twenty-seven (versus twenty).
