I do agree Lillian D's flair for drama is over the top. I do believe this is part of her personality. At least from what I observed in Court. I do think the Judge let her get away with it as there were no verbal utterances. I think it was just a Defense ploy since the evidence is soooo damming. Distraction? Yes. Will it work? Doubt it lol IMO.

I would not expect BB's lawyer to get in trouble for her "behaviour" there ...

... as it was mentioned above ... She could be on quite friendly terms as with the judge, herself ... as with procession team (with Lisa etc) .... -- I, for example, I would expect prosecution trying to raise an issue out of this to try and get Diablo in trouble ...

.... besides ... -- We are talking "Detroit" here ...

I am in Canada ... but if I am not mistaken ... -- "Detroit" has one of the highest crime rates in the US .... --- And that said, Diablo (and Judge and Lisa) probably did many murder cases to-date ... (too many, actually) ...

And similar or any other similar performance by attorneys, during the murder trial especially, during Closing Arguments ... is not such a big deal to any of them ....

It's the murder case .. with bunch of evidence ... -- Hopefully jurors are not <mod snip> ... and by looking at the entire overall picture can come up with the right verdict ... -- In this case, Guilty of 1st degree murder.
