A guilty verdict today, on Blob' 57th Birthday, would be sweet karma!
Justice for Jane....

I can only hope there is not a stealth juror, or worse an engineer on the jury....who hangs this. We should Hv had a verdict by now. The case against him is cut and dry IMO and always has been. The definitions, and the waffling of this judge disturb me. So do the questions asked by said jurors. I'm nervously waiting for justice for Jane, as I will never forget the morning I woke up and read of her fate. Fate her husband laid out for her. 1st degree premeditated all the way on all counts. It's the only verdict I can rest with.

The judge said she doesn't want to give the transcripts for a few reasons: “It becomes trial by transcript."

"You have to rely on your collective memories. Unlike modern 20th century courtrooms that you just push a button and a transcript comes out"

Yeah -- I don't know about anyone else, but once I hit about 40 y.o., I have a hard time remembering what I had for dinner the night before. Unbelievable she didn't allow them to take notes during 2-month long trial!!

I turn 70 next year and can't remember what I watched on TV last night.

I had forgotten about that! I truly agree with you that i could not be on a jury if it was that long. i would have to have notes. On the other hand i did know the definition of those two words :p

No verdict today. In fact, Judge Evans doesn't expect a verdict until (possibly) next Wednesday.

Enjoy your weekend.

^ ^ .... well ... as long as it's not until Wednesday, say, for example, some time in 2020 ... maybe it's OK .... lol

there is something about the Judge's statement that just seems........wrong....

Was there a tweet that had the result of if the jury DID want transcripts after the question to charge the jury about that? If they wanted transcripts, yep, take a few days off to wait for them and she said it would be next week

I think judge Vonda's remark is off the wall---this judge is weird

Judge said if jury wanted transcripts, it would be next Thurs before they could have them.

^ :waitasec: Judge Evans said that she expects a verdict by Wednesday. Transcripts on Thursday would be a day late and a dollar short :D

Good morning! Jurors in #bobbashara case still deliberating. I heard laughter in the jury room, but I don't know what that means!!

Thanks for all the updates folks. Jurors do have a lot to go thru. Considering all the charges and how to apply the Law to each. I do predict also it will be this week.
