Right now, I'm guessing BB's attorneys are trying to talk him out of testifying. However, that's one of his complaints about his first lawyers, that they gave him "bad" advice.

No doubt in my mind, he'll make the mistake of his life and get on the stand today.

I couldn't get any of the live links to work (kept going out after a few minutes) and finally gave up. I have an appointment tomorrow morning followed by gym and market so won't see BB's testimony. The request for a new trial is an exercise in futility; not going to happen. That said, let the guy get on the witness stand since he insists on doing things his own way despite attorney advice. If by some remote chance BB did get a new trial, the outcome would be the same. :moo:

I agree BDE. Outcome will be the same. Yes the video kept going out for me as well but would come back after refreshing constantly. Afternoon it ran much smoother but I followed the blog in the a.m. for the most part.

Looking forward to commentary here re: BB's testimony. Even if court gets underway at 9:00 this morning, I'm afraid to start watching and be late for my doctor's appointment I know Bob was sworn in yesterday, but does he really understand what it means to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?
