DETROIT - The man serving time for the murder of Jane Bashara is due back in court Thursday afternoon.

Joe Gentz made a shocking claim that Bob Bashara had nothing to do with the murder of his wife Jane in 2012. He also said police coached him on what to say in court...

Gentz's plea deal could be taken back by prosecutors if he does testify and he could open himself to new charges such as conspiracy...

This oughtta be good Lindsey will make mincemeat of Joe, and he'll probably end up in deeper doo-doo as a result. I'm sure BB is behind this latest stunt and he won't give a rat's azz if Joe ends up with a life sentence. It's still all about Bob. Hoping Judge Evans rules on the retrial today.

Just heard on the WXYZ audio that Judge Vonda is on her way up. Only 30 minutes late, that's on time for her.

Wow, Gentz still wants to testify even though he understands he will lose his plea deal and may get natural life. Makes me wonder if he was diagnosed with a life threatening illness.

Gentz' brother is apparently asking to speak to his brother. Perhaps a family member can convince Joe not to jeopardize his plea agreement by taking the stand. Judge Evans is giving Mr. Gentz every opportunity to not testify because she knows he doesn't have the intellectual capacity to understand exactly what is going on.

OMG, this guy is a piece of work. I don't believe anything out of his mouth. The affidavit is garbage? Just wow.

By JG's own admission, mostly everything in the affidavit is a lie. Why did he sign the document if nothing in it was true? What a joke!
