Found Safe MI - Joe Flint, 65, Detroit, 23 Dec 2018, missing again Apr 2020 *dementia*

DETROIT — Detroit police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man with dementia.

According to a report, Joe Flint, 65, was last seen on Dec. 23 at 10 a.m. when he left his home in the 15700 block of Manor.

Flint never returned home. He's described as a black man with a dark complexion. He's 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. Flint is bald with gray hair in his beard and was last seen wearing a black jacket, brown and beige khaki shirt, blue jeans and beige khaki shoes.

Flint is in good physical condition. If anyone knows of his whereabouts, please contact the Detroit Police Department's Twelfth Precinct at 313-596-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak-Up.

Missing: 66-year-old Detroit man with mental health conditions

Police say Joe Flint was last seen in the 1500 block of Manor in Detroit around 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

He is described as having a dark complexion and weighing 130 pounds. Flint was last seen wearing a green t-shirt, gray jogging pants, black shoes and a blue jacket with fur around the hood, police say.
