“…
On March 9, 2021, Marquise Burns, aka Boogie, spent the day visiting family, driving his early 2000s gray/silver four door Dodge Caliber.

He stopped by his mothers house in Ypsilanti, Michigan at 10am, and left around 1pm when she had to leave for work.

Marquise was then reportedly going to head to Detroit before coming back later to take his sister to the store.

He visited another sister in Inkster that afternoon, and his last contact with family was at 2:52 pm.…”

Investigators spoke to the family before Christmas. They say his death is being investigated as a homicide.

His sister says a cause of death has been determined, but she chose not to disclose that information.

"They're pretty sure it's not one person. So they're going to be talking to people, going to people's houses, start putting the foot on people," Scott said.
