Bumping this thread up.

Michelle is mentioned in posts to the Dennis Bowman thread at the Serial Killer section of Websleuths.

Bowman should be considered a possible suspect in Michelle's disappearance, based on his other known crimes of murder, and the proximity of Michelle's disappearance and Bowman's residence at the time.

I agree as he lived just 14 miles I believe from where her vehicle was found. I had posted to the Dennis Bowman thread as he's a known figure in the area. And wanted to help get Michelle's name out there. I will try my best to keep updating as I kayak and fish the area frequently.
As far as a suicide as another user mentioned knowing her, to this date I have not heard of her being nor having suicidal tendencies. Although I could be wrong again I tried to find as much info I could to help. Unfortunately not much info or details about her case are made available to the public.

You’ve found someone that actually knew her?! This is great, I’ve not been able to find any relatives or friends of Michelle’s speak out, or release any statements during the length of her disappearance.

I had seen posts on FB of someone who knew her. He said he lived with her in Fennville back in '95, and he had seen her shortly before she was reported missing.
I was referring to the user Tangie, as they stated they "knew" her as an acquaintance and they stated they heard as mentioned. But I haven't heard of her being suicidal.
I have been out there on the waters where she was reported last seen/vehicle/clothing found, looking for anything I can.
