While searching for updates I case across a court record in which a Myron Lenard Crosby is the plaintiff. The filing date is January 2008, almost a year after MLC went missing.

Unfortunately, I can’t access Indiana court records to see more details about the plaintiff and check if it could be him. This case is cited in 2 other trials.
