"Saginaw Police said a missing person report has been filed because Kelly hasn’t been seen since May 16 after walking away from his home on S. Michigan Avenue.
His family says he is 5’10”, weighs about 105 pounds and has long hair that is starting to go gray.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black hoodie, along with blue jeans and black Vans shoes.
Patrick's wife told police she is concerned about his mental state.

He is still missing. His NamUs entry is still up. Here is the Saginaw PD's post on FB about Patrick being missing:

Patrick was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue Jean's, a black zip up hoody and black shoes. Patrick may have a short beard. Patrick's wife is concerned about his mental state. His wife, "CE," replies to a comment in the SPD post. She posted in January on her personal FB page about how Patrick is still missing.

I wonder if they Ever checked wildlife preserve. Does not seem so far from where he went missing and looks like it’s pretty big area with a lot of woods.

Patrick is missing from Saginaw, and he was walking (Detroit is over 100 miles away). Of course he could be anywhere by now, as he has been missing for almost two years. IMO, he will probably be found closer to Saginaw.

Interesting terminology "Wandered off...." A child wanders off, an adult walks away, generally with a purpose unless there is a medical issue like dementia/Alzheimer's. He was 5' 10" and only weighed 105 lbs? If this is accurate, that seems too thin, especially for a male. When the brain doesn't receive enough nourishment, it doesn't function properly. Speech, thought, purpose, finding your way home, etc. would not seem out of the range of possibilities. His wife was concerned about his mental health. What about his physical health? Did he have a history of chemical (drug, alcohol) abuse that would impair his abilities?

I read back through this page, and the OP said Patrick "walked away." The SPD FB post said "walked away" also. Then I read the NamUs page, and I saw the "wandered off"--very unusual for an adult.

I also noticed his low weight when I read the OP, and looked at his picture to see if that was correct. His arm looked terribly thin, so IMO the weight wasn't too far off from reality. I didn't stop to think about why he was so thin. IMO it would have to be either a physical problem, a psychological problem, or the result of a medication/drug induced weight loss. It seems a little peculiar that the wife appeared to be unaware of any problems, other than a stated concern for Patrick's mental state.

Details of Disappearance
Kelly disappeared from Saginaw, Michigan on May 16, 2018; he walked away from his home and was last seen on south Michigan Avenue. He was sighted near Lucky's Bar on Midland Street in Bay City around midnight on June 10, but there has been no sign of him since. Few details are available in his case.

Patrick is still missing. He was exhibiting signs of Huntington’s disease which can cause weight loss and mental health issues. The story I have is that he got into an argument with his wife and went to a mental health clinic in Saginaw, they sent him to a homeless shelter where he ate a meal and then went home. His wife says he left home on the 18th of May and hasn’t been seen since. He had no money or resources. His family is hoping to find out what has happened to him.
