Police identify 19-year-old found dead in Saginaw e
SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -
Police are investigating after a body was found in Saginaw.
Police said the victim is 19-year-old Rakim Peterson of Saginaw.
His body was found near an abandoned home in the 3200 block of Russell about 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Police are investigating it as a homicide, but didn't reveal his cause of death. They did say his body was there for a little while because rigor mortis had set in.
An autopsy is scheduled for Friday morning.
