I'm surprised to see it looks to be adult size. I read once that
albino animals typically don't live as long because they lack the
natural camouflage coloring and also that others of the same
species don't want to hang out with them because the albino
causes attention from predators.
Gorgeous animal, wish they were still protected.

I wonder if the deer is a true albino or if it's leucistic? Leucism - Wikipedia The deer's eyes are pale but don't really look red.
