MI MI- Richard Phillips, 21, Detroit, 20 December 2018 *Missing from group home*

Richard Phillips was last seen around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20 in the 20000 block of Leewin, south of 8 Mile Road between Berg and Lahser.

According to police, Phillips left the home after an argument and hasn't been seen or heard from since.

Phillips is described as a white male, 6' tall, last seen wearing black and white clothing. No further description was provided. He is said to be in good physical condition but suffers from mental illnesses.
