Can somebody explain why this UID was described as "Not recognizable - Decomposing/putrefaction". I just wonder, it's a IMO busy environment...how did he ended up in the grass and was "gone that far" without anyone noticing.....

With the state the body was in how did they manage tot measure the height...ok...but the weight...interesting. My guess this person was heavier in real life.

Searched the Canada missing person site and The Doe Network doesn't come up with an African American male who could really, really fit.

Maybe it's 4965DMWA - James Natalia Foster, but height doesn't add up....

Or....1288DMNY- Marvin Cornell Gibbs

Nobody fits actually..like "hé...this could be the one"....I'm afraid this persons isn't reported missing. Maybe he was a steel worker.

There are a couple of 'maybe's from Canada. The second one is listed as shorter, but at that age a growth spurt is always possible. And if he was trying to get to Jamaica, swimming to USA and going by land wouldnt be a bad idea.
