I wonder if RC punched MY in the face while he attacked her?

  • #170
Saw this early article yesterday. It refers to TC's girlfriend. She, supposedly comments below the article, responding to other's comments. It said she was slated to testify but IDK if that is in TC trial that didn't happen or in MY's trial.

READ FROM THE BOTTOM TO TOP

Court is breaking for lunch. Will resume at 1 p.m.
by Gina Damron 11:47 AM

No further questions for Davis.
by Gina Damron 11:47 AM

Skrzynski again questioning Davis. He asked her why she was asking Young questions. She testified it is to get more information about potential injuries.
by Gina Damron 11:46 AM

When Young left the hospital, he had a prescription for pain medicine, Davis testified.
by Gina Damron 11:43 AM

McCarthy asking Davis questions.
by Gina Damron 11:42 AM

Davis testified she has had police prisoners come into the hospital before. She said some are admitted for treatment. Young, she testified, was not admitted for observation.
by Gina Damron 11:42 AM

Young was seen by a neurologist, who determined there was no evidence of seizure activity, Davis testified, reading the medical records.
by Gina Damron 11:39 AM

Davis said Young was discharged the same day as his admission to the hospital. The summary, she testified, says it is possible Young was assaulted with a fist.
by Gina Damron 11:39 AM

Davis is looking at Young's discharged summary.
by Gina Damron 11:37 AM

Skrzynski asking more questions. Davis said Young's medical records show he was given a low dose of morphine as needed. She testified she did not issue the order.
by Gina Damron 11:34 AM

Davis testified she did not order pain medication at the time she saw him.
by Gina Damron 11:32 AM

Looking at a list of medications from his medical records, Young was given morphine, Davis testified.
by Gina Damron 11:31 AM

McCarthy handed Davis a document. She testified that it is a copy of Young's medical records during his time at Botsford Hospital.
by Gina Damron 11:30 AM

McCarthy asked whether Salvatore was being guarded by police. Davis said no, but that Salvatore Cipriano was also not responsive when he arrived at the hospital.
by Gina Damron 11:24 AM

Davis: She was trying to ask Young about the circumstances surrounding the incident. He was handcuffed to the bed.
by Gina Damron 11:23 AM

Davis: She was told Young had vomited before she came into the room.
by Gina Damron 11:20 AM

A nurse told Davis that Young might have been having a seizure, Davis testified. But it didn't appear he was suffering a seizure or seizure aftermath, she said.
by Gina Damron 11:20 AM

McCarthy cross examining Davis.
by Gina Damron 11:18 AM

Davis: Young had cannabinoids in his system.
by Gina Damron 11:18 AM

Davis: Young's jaw was dislocated. It's an injury that could be caused by a fist.
by Gina Damron 11:16 AM

Davis: There was no sign of trauma in Young's head on a scan.
by Gina Damron 11:14 AM

Davis: "Minimal" is the degree of pain she described Young seemed to be in.
by Gina Damron 11:13 AM

Davis: Young did not ask for pain medication and was not given any.
by Gina Damron 11:13 AM

Davis: She was told by a nurse that Young was having a seizure. "When I walked in the patient did not seem to be having a seizure." He was not shaking and was sitting calmly.
by Gina Damron 11:09 AM

Davis: Young chose not to answer some questions. He told her he got hit with a bat and that he had pain in his jaw. He also said he was hit in the abdomen with a bat,
by Gina Damron 11:08 AM

Davis: She saw Salvatore Cipriano's injuries. Those injuries were consistent with being hit with a baseball bat. If Young was hit with a bat, as he said he was, she would expect the injuries to be more pronounced, including bruising. She said Young had tenderness in his jaw.
by Gina Damron 11:07 AM

Davis: His clothing had blood on them. He was sitting there pretty comfortably, she said.
by Gina Damron 11:06 AM

Davis: She examined Mitchell Young.
by Gina Damron 11:05 AM

Dr. Jillian Davis, from Botsford Hospital is testifying.

Good question..... that I don't have an answer to.

I can't see the PT calling her since her opinion seems to be coloured by her regard for TC and the DT will jump on that point, Can't see the DT wqnting her voicing her opinion 'MY was the mastermind' before the jury. I think both sides will not touch her with a 10 foot pole. But who knows?

Good question..... that I don't have an answer to.

Another question...considering the back and forth between RC and the prosecutor's office that has been in the news lately, do you think RC will testify?

Well if they subpoena her, she has to.

Does Mr Young have any family besides his grandmother? Are his parents alive? Does he have brothers or sisters?
by Questions 12:09 PM

Questions, he does have other family members, but his grandmother is the only of his relatives in court.

LOL! Guess somebody else was wondering the same thing. Wonder if other family does not support him?

:offtopic: Listening to the defense opening statement in the Zimmerman trial.

I find it hard to believe Zimmerman was hurt so bad he and never went to the ER.

Young wasn't hardly hurt and he was admitted for hours into Botsford Hospital.

Well if they subpoena her, she has to.

Guess I asked that question badly. :blushing: IDo you think she will appear willingly or will she be forced to testify and therefore be rather hostile? RC does not want her DD to testify, she has stated publically, but noone has talked about Tanner. I think he'll be on the PT list.
