I am a longtime lurker with another account.
I know someone who works with Ryan Carter.
He was last seen Sunday (May 14) at 7 a.m. in the 19300 block of Harlow Avenue in Detroit, MI. It’s not a lovely neighborhood.
He drove away in his black Chevy SUV & hasn’t been seen since.
I know he has a nickname but I’m not sure I’m allowed to post it here.
