July 8/9, 2025 video - Everything about this video is just so amazing to me and so cool. The skill of the helicopter pilot, both for flight and leading searchers directly to the missing person is unbelievable. The searchers put their safety on the line to help a stranger. I’ve never been lost in the woods, nor searched in the woods, so this demonstrates to me how difficult such a search would be. I hope everyone involved gets lots of recognition and glad the missing person is found.

UPDATE: State Police use helicopter to find missing Van Buren County woman

According to Michigan State Police, the woman was found nearly a mile from the home where she was last seen.
