Thanks for the uncut version of the court outburst. There are no words - well, words that would be acceptable here - to describe how this woman looks and sounds - frightening Those poor children :cry:

"Supervised visits! They didn't give a (expletive) about visiting," Blair screamed. "They were raping my kids!"

She certainly seems fixated on this issue.

I think that outburst was a show she put on in preparation for her psych eval.

There seems to be a control thing here to the point of paranoia-no one has her kids without her say so. In case you havent noticed Ms Blair, they have talked, they have told the secrets and they are gone. The barn is empty. You have nothing left.

If these father's had any relationship with their children that should be continued.
If the fathers show a genuine concern and love for the kids, they should be allowed to do so.
If they need help supporting them, let's help them support them.

If the kids don't know them that is different.
I would have to punish the kids and father because Mom kept them away.
These kids have already lost almost everything else - including their only full sibling.
Let's not take away their father's if they can have any positive influence on them.

Odds are not good these kids will be adopted... they are likely to age out while still in foster care. :twocents:

YES YES YES ! Their lives are awful enough and if they look up to or trust those father ( figures) then they should at least be a part of their lives. It doesn't sound like they need to be living with them but why terminate dad's rights? The dads did not do this !!

ETA " He's a fu****g drunk" who has NOT killed any of his kids or anyone else's to my knowledge. A fu****g drunk who loves you and won't hurt you and won't let anyone burn you and beat you and put you in a freezer is not too bad in some kids' lives apparently.

It is soooo hard to watch this woman speak...... she wants to worry about who's putting on a ' show for the news' today. Who cares what he did ? or what he didn't do ? Who cares ? Does she think she can make anyone else on earth look bad at this point?

From the Court Dockets I could find in relation to this case, AD did file a motion for enforcement of Parenting time in Feb 08 and there was activity thru April 2008 (pg 2/Photo 2) . I wonder what happened with that??? Why both Custody cases have seen no activity since 2007/2008 has me a bit stumped :thinking: especially if the have prior CPS complaints that were found to be justified.

There appears to be a "theme" or "pattern" with this Mother. Didn't she accuse the children of raping her other children? In this video isn't she accusing the Father's of raping the children? (or did I just hear her wrong?) Rape being her "central theme" that appears to amp up her self-riteous indignation. JMO

From what I saw she was saying to the dad '' THEY were raping them'', referring to some 3rd party as if to say ' while you were away the kids were being raped and if you'd been in their lives you might have prevented it' . But I could totally be wrong.

I strongly suspect that Mitchelle was repeatedly physically and/or sexually abused as a child. She might be transferring the guilt, shame, and self-loathing she experienced onto her children, and the anger and hatred she felt towards the perp/s onto the children's fathers. :moo:

It's my understanding that one of the fathers was not at the hearing (he evidently arrived late and missed the court session). When I heard this on the Channel 4 news, I thought when she said "they", she could have been telling the parties that both of the fathers had been sexually abusing the children and not just the father who was present. :dunno:

Grisly abuse accusations emerge against mom in freezer case

"Her outburst was the second of the day. Before the pretrial hearing started, Blair, dressed in green jail garb and handcuffed, called Dorsey an alcoholic and also criticized his parenting."

"For now, Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Edward Joseph is requiring supervised visitation with the fathers, denying the request from fathers' attorneys for unsupervised visits.

He said the fathers' attorneys can ask for unsupervised visits again after they have had more visits, and he will consider it."

Child Protective Services interviewed Berry twice in the last two weeks and he "described Blair as the 'perfect mother,'" according to the petition. The two lived together for about three years—on and off.
Blair's 17-year-old contradicted his statement, saying Berry often had to calm her mother down when she was yelling or hitting the kids.

......

"Dorsey admitted he failed to take any action because he did not want to 'rock the boat,'" the petition said.
After the hearing, Dorsey said he always wanted a relationship with his kids.
"I don't hate her," he said of Blair. "She's the mother of my children."
His attorney, Adam Devlin, said Dorsey was on a payment plan and lost his job and was unable to pay the child support. He called his client "a loving father."
Devlin also responded to some of the allegations made by Blair during the hearing.
"It's her version of the story," he said.

"He's never given a (expletive) about my daughters," Blair yelled Wednesday as she sat at the court table across from Alexander Dorsey, the father of Blair's slain daughter, 13-year-old Stoni Ann Blair, and a surviving 17-year-old daughter. The two were in court on a request by the state to terminate Blair's and the fathers' parental rights.
