He told the judge today that his kids are with an organization... I'm thinking father for equal rights.... I don't think that the boys are dead... This is covered on our news morning, noon and night... There have been no more searches that I am aware of...
Personally, I think he made it look bad.. and the police jumped the gun.. There are 2 sightings, and the woman they are with are described the same way....

I wonder if he is still grasping to a thought that TS will have him back & then the boys could ceremoniously return?? Sounds like some lifetime movie plot, huh.

I STILL wonder why TS has not been to talk to him, per MSM stating that she is on his visitor request.

Yeah. This reinforces the punish TS rationale for all of his actions. He hinted, with the ring comment, that this will all end, and the boys will come back, if she puts her ring back on, like a good wife, and forgets all of this divorce nonsense...Augh. On the one hand, what a sick man. On the otherhand, this makes me hold out hope they are alive.

Quote: "Are you prepared to make the children immediately available to Mrs. Skelton?" Judge Margaret Noe asked.

"I have no way of doing that," he replied.

Tanya Skelton also took the stand and recounted that fateful day of her boys' disappearance. Then the judge asked again.

"So is it your position you are unable to comply with the court order-- or unwilling to comply with the order?" Judge Noe asked.

Time line info from the hearing:
3pm Wed. JS picked kids up from TS's parents house. TS was not in town. He took them for Thanksgiving, and was to return them on Friday around 3 pm.

When TS texted him and spoke with him on that Friday, he indicated he had given them to a woman (JT) and she would return them to her.
She talked to JS around 1:30 pm on Friday.
TS talked to him on the phone because he was being treated at the hospital at that time.
TS has not talked to him since that Friday.

JS last saw his children Thanksgiving night.
He does not know who has the children or where they are, just the organization they are with. When the judge asked where the kids were, JS said "I don't know where the kids are, so no, your honor"

What I thought were the most pertinent quotes from the 21 minute interview with TS.
She is not staying in the house. If she needs something, she sends someone to get it.
Time line of Thanksgiving day:
Had family in from out of town.
Sent JS a text to see if she could pick the boys up a couple hours early.
Originally he said ok.
Then he said well we are not at home right now, it was taking a bit longer.
She said that's fine, I'll get them at 3:00.
But he wasn't there at 3.
That's when she found out he was in the hospital and had tried to kill himself.
That's when she learned of this woman who was supposed to show up with the boys.
TS was at JS's house, and TS's sister was at TS's house. Because they didn't know which house she was going to bring the boys to. JS was uncertain what house they would come to.
They had no way of getting a hold of the woman.
At 3:15 she hadn't shown.
TS contacted her attorney. Attorney said to contact LE, which she did.

She did not hear JS ask about her ring during the hearing Thurs. She found out what he said when she saw it on the TV. Says her rings are back at the house, which she hasn't been to since then. That she's not worried about her rings.

In the hearing, she didn't want to make eye contact with him, and she didn't. She had pictures of the boys on her table and she concentrated on them.

She expresses deep gratitude for everyone helping to look for the boys.

Has not spoken before now because she was too emotional and just couldn't do it. She is buying a few things and wrapping them, just to be prepared for a Christmas miracle. Has not prepared for an outcome that has them dead because she knows in her heart they are alive.

Oddly enough , some of what he answered could make sense, if the boys are indeed alive and with someone...thinking of it in a different way.

Merge of timelines into one list.

Wednesday, boys went to JS. He picked them up around 3 pm from TS's parent's house. TS was out of town.
JS supposed to return boys at 3 pm Friday.
Thursday evening, boys left in Van from JS's house.
Friday, TS texted JS to see if she could pick the boys up early, because they had out of town family visiting.
JS said yes.
Later (1:30) JS indicated they were not home and things were taking longer.
TS said ok, the 3:00 time would be fine.
He didn't show at 3.
TS called JS. She found out he was in hospital after attempted suicide, that's when the whole mystery woman delivering them started.
TS and her sister waited at JS's house and TS's house. (Nowhere does it say that TS went into JS's house. Just that she was waiting there for the mystery woman to show up.
At 3:15, TS called attorney. Attorney recommended LE.
TS called LE.

I just want to say that I live in Toledo, Ohio... as I was reading previous post, a poster said that Toledo is filled with "scumbags".. I find that highly insulting.. Maybe he/she associates with such a crowd.. I am a single mother who has struggled through alot to keep a roof over our heads.. and yes, I raised my children in a mobile home park.. we had a roof over our heads, and I worked... My children are grown now, but we made it...
My son is on his way home from Afghanistan, where he has been for a year.. Not many options for us "scumbags" to make a living... We can't afford to set aside money for college, we need to pay our bills to stay warm and dry...
The rich sit at their beautifully decorated tables with their family...
I ask for a food basket and pray for my son, who is in danger everyday fighting for all of us... and he's not at our table...!!

Hi frogin T towm I knew from the name you were from Toledo. First thank you to you and your son. You must be an excellent mother to raise a boy that will fight for our freedoms. I have worked in Toledo and commuted from Morenci for the last 12 years. Toledo in my opinion is fulled with a lot of wonderful people some just in bad situations. They had an inteview with her today and she was sobbing... a direct contrast to the interview a couple of days ago when whe was very calm... The people in the town are upset with her because she was so emotionless.. so she did a nother interview today with alot of emotion.... I was in another room when it aired.. but could overhear it and very surprised at the emotions she showed today compared to a couple of days ago..

She is medicated to stop forming tears to stop her from getting dehydrated from all the crying. When I stopped to the house we stood and hugged and both sobbed for over 5 minutes, I did the same with her parents. I talk about the situation calm one minute and crying the next myself. You can probably tell I totally support her and her family. I struggle with any thoughts of her haveing any wrong doing in this. I do not believe for a minute she ever would hurt the boys. I actually investigated child abuse for over 7 years and can tell you those boys are not sexually abuse. Maybe I am to close to this situation but this website has been good for me and family. I have an outlet to talk this situation.

Keepinghope--TS did not do this--JS did it. Whatever TS has done before, she is not responsible for this. We do not know for sure what JS has done...except that any scenario we can come up with is against the law.

Any discussion about TS' past is meant to try to understand what JS could have said to other people. Your comments have been a reminder to me that there is a good reason why we do not sleuth victims. Nobody wants to add to TS' pain...or yours.

This would explain his families calmness in the issue. If they *know* the boys are alive.

I wonder if he could be charged with any type of contempt for with-holding information relating to the investigation, since (if he's to be believed) he knows the name of the "organization" but won't tell.

He should have no rights in this. His "right" to keep his mouth shut is at the detriment of three innocent little boys. Makes me so angry.

Well, in general, militia are 'good', but others appear to lean way left or way right. They can have women members, and even children participate in some of their activities. They have camps.
Some do not like law enforcement...so that got me to thinking about how it has been mentioned that JS made these allegations against TS, and did not feel that they were taken seriously by LE.
Stretching my imagination, what if he got hooked up with one of these more 'extreme' militia 'organizations,' if you will. And their consensus was he needed help.
