Found Safe MI - Terrance Maxwell, 2 mos, Harrison Township, 26 June 2017

Carol Maxwell, 30, and her 2-month-old son Terrance Maxwell were last seen at a home in Harrison Township on Monday, and investigators do believe they are together.


She does not have custody of Terrance, who lives with other family members. She is allowed only supervised visitation with the child.

A Kidnapping Custodial Interference felony arrest warrant has been issued for Carol Maxwell.

Carol Maxwell resides in Eastpointe and the child lives in Harrison Township with family. Carol Maxwell does not have custody of the child but does have supervised visitation. The Sheriff’s Office currently holds a kidnapping custodial interference felony arrest warrant for Carol.

Authorities said Carol Maxwell does not have a vehicle, and her cell phone is not working. There are no known medical issues for Maxwell or Terrance.



Maxwell is described as 5 feet 1 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
