I know that no one has posted anything in this thread in over 7 years but I think I may have found another watts victim. On August 16th 1974 a 16 year old girl named Nadine Odell vanished while walking down John Daly road in inkster, MI which is where he lived. She has never been found and she vanished under the same circumstances as his other victims.
