Some things in the article below which I had suspected.

The alleged crime was uncovered when the woman broke the front window of Ehlow's house in the middle of the afternoon on March 15. Ehlow's home is next to Beamon's.

"Heard two loud bangs, then I heard glass break on the third one. I walked out to my living room, I saw her with a metal pipe, almost as big as she is. I don't know how she had the power to even break the window," Ehlow said.

"I thought she was like 78," Ehlow said. "She was this tall, skin and bones."

Investigators say the woman is Beamon's sister-in-law. Beamon's husband, the victim's brother, died in 2021.

Investigators believe she had been kept in the basement for about two years in an effort to collect the woman's disability payments.
They found buckets of urine in the basement, and the woman was severely malnourished.

When she was taken to the hospital, staff there said she would die if she was released. Ehlow said he had never seen the woman who broke his window before.
