Distinguishing Marks/Features: A 6-inch long incisional scar in the umbilical region of the abdomen. A tattoo on the right upper arm of two hands in a shaking position with a sun rising over them.

This is very close to the area of FIU which was built which was on an abandoned airfield. So in 1966 it was very rural. The bridge he was found under was likely replaced as the area was developed.

The exact location where he was found:
"Unidentified Man Found In Canal The sheriff's department today .was trying to identify a man whose body was found floating yesterday in a canal behind a southwest section trailer park. There was no sign of violence, sheriff's deputy Ray Beck said. William Burke, manager of the Little City Trailer Park at SW 8th Street and 117th Avenue, and his nephew, Barry Burke, found the body. The medical examiner's office said the dead man was in his late 40's and had been in the canal about two days."
