I wonder how they can say he suffered from hypertension! Unless he was wearing a medalert bracelet or the like.

( According to the NamUs record, under Jewellry & Personal Items it says “ unknown” so perhaps it was just not recorded.

Assuming an autopsy was performed, I believe the size/weight of the heart and vascular deformities/abnormalities would tell that.

I'm not a ME, this is just based on other autopsies I've read. MOO JMO.
