Here's a Jane Doe from North Carolina 1990 when MP lived there.
She is between 15 and 21 years old.

Heather Teague went missing 30 minutes from where MP was living in Indiana. Her abduction was witnessed, and there's a description of him. It says the abductor was 6 feet tall. How tall is MP?

He is short and chubby. So in cases where abductors are described as tall or thin, it likely ain't him.

When did MP move to Fort Wayne?

Heather Teague suspected killer committed suicide prior to being questioned. She is still missing as they have never recovered the body. I'm from the area and would love to know when he was here but find it highly unlikely that he was involved in this case. MP is 5'6" btw.

I have been through the North Carolina cold cases and don't see anything that "fits" with what we know about him and the timeline. Unfortunately there are so many missing people - children and adults - that never make it into the official databases.

You know ,after looking at the timeline and giving a little bit of thought to it maybe it was his first case after all.If he kept getting caught at petty crimes all the time he just doesn't seem sophisticated enough to hide something big,he confessed to Ali immedeately,he kept parts of her in his own house,he almost dumbed the body on camera,it just seems like his crimes were getting worser and worser ,I know there is a huuuuge gap from sexting someone to dismembering a little girl ,that's why I wished we would know more about him,then again I might not even want to know what went on in this monsters mind,how did he get from point A to B

June 9, 2008 GASTONIA, N.C. -- Ricky Dale Simonds Sr.'s body was discovered by his ex-girlfriend Sunday evening on Bradford Street in Gastonia. Jamie Fraley, 22, went missing in early April, and Simmons is connected to her case. Simmonds' son was dating Fraley prior to her disappearance. Simonds was considered a person of interest in Jamie's case.
