Good Morning folks, have made the checks of the news outlets, sorry there is nothing to report. Was seriously hoping that the perp in this case would be viewing the Super Bowl with new found friends but I quess not. Perhaps a half time surprise is in order ?

For those of you who just check the last page of a thread, please note, no sheetrock was removed from the foyer area of the home. It was removed from the upstairs bedroom where the murder occurred. All that could be seen from the windows around the front door was finger print dust around the door and at other areas that could be seen from looking through those windows. This information comes direct from Amanda Lamb who first reported this information and was indeed very kind in responding to an email - thank you very much. Hope that answers some questions.

As I recall it was a video report that Amanda did with GVS - I'll hunt around for it. I suspect that in the returns for the 5108 search warrant - all of this is mentioned - we have a very short list of the inventory collected there. I honestly do not expect we will see a return of the full warrant until any and all data obtained is returned to LE, checked, double checked and so on. If there has been no return - the good news is, the lawyer doesn't know anymore than we do ! Will see if I can find Ms. Lamb's report for you.

you're right...Ms Lamb mentioned this during Greta's show...Ms Lamb was standing outside, in front of the home during the interview....

The 3D modelling is done on my computer. I haven't done the maglite dimensions yet......I have to create 3d models of each size so it will take awhile. The software I have was created by my son. The closest I've seen to the program is one called "poser". I also have a lifesized real mannequin that I use....no not hubby, although I do use him for when I need the movements.

I've heard of Hemo Spat but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get it. I read about it awhile ago and haven't checked up since...totally forgot so thanks for the reminder!

My hubby is a jokester and I have a seriously sick sense of humour (Can you hear them screaming Clarice, lol). We're always joking about folks who have to 'get it' every 15 minutes of the day, lol. Our marriage is built on friendship and the rest of our marriage, including the marriage certificate, is a delightful 'bonus' for us

Wow ! I would love to see a computer animation on this. Having seen the autopsy photos, that crescent shaped mark on her shoulder , as well as the vertical cuts on her upper and lower lip really tell me the mag-lite is a very likely choice. The shoulder mark was shown in great detail with real visual scale

I don't know if you're a big fan of CSI, but the re-enactment simulations they use are sometimes made with 3d max. It sounds like Sami has made the human model ... and as I've been reading about it I have wondered what software was used. I've been using max software for about 5 years now and am finally at the point where I can make just about anything fairly quickly. When Sami comes online, I'll see if she wants to work together to create a possible crime scene re-enactment ... but maybe she's got it all under control.

I remember that too Close, standing out a bit from the door but you could see the panels of glass on either side of the door. She stood closest to the panel to the left of the door as you face it!~

I e-mailed Amanda Lamb as well. She has always responded before. I 'll let ya'll know if she agrees with Ed Crump about a conspiracy. I really think JY found "someone" to do this job for him. I bet it was to look like a strangulation and sex assault / burglary. If it went as planned, everyone would think 'another sicko like that creep Planten that killed and raped Stephanie Bennett. Everyone would feel sorry for poor Jason , including MM. I think the plan failed when she kicked him 'where it counts" and he then took his flashlight and slammed it across her mouth. She dropped to the floor and he beat her on the side and back of the head until she was dead . He was still hurting from the crotch kick and furious. Either Cassidy awoke or the dog was barking, so he bolted with the jewelry drawer , leaving no TRACEABLE evidence back to JY.
As long as JY is silent, they can't look for deception and solve the case. Hopefully, the killer will tell someone soon and there will be an anonymous tip and then an arrest.

I may be totally wrong, but I think JY is involved and there would have been SOME evidence and an arrest after 3 months

OMG, How Funny! I just got done reading all of CC's posts at CTV, and on about pp14 or 15 he states JY mader a call to Michelle at 11pm. Close, you nailed that one!

Scout doesn't think CC is JTF but there is such similarity in the writing, attitude, etc. Part #`1 of the 'friends' post that CC posts is different, like it is written by a woman, strange. I think that is on pp 15. Then part #2 on pp16 sounds like a man.

My Goodness, I spent way too much time on CC , but since he was the original outsider who admitted he was a good friend of JY's it is kind of historic to the case, right? LOLOLOL

I don't believe that CC was trying to plagiarize JTF. I believe he does know Jason, but isn't as close to him as JTF is. He acknowledged that he was copying another person's posts and added his own personal notes/opinions to what JTF had written. CC is not as wordy as JTF and I believe even indicated that he (CC) is male. IMO, JTF is female.

I'm not totally sold on the mag lite being the weapon or the only weapon - in my mind it simply does not "measure up" - JMO of course. I'm also holding off on the conspiracy issue for a bit yet as we really have no clue at what point this investigation is at yet. Perhaps you could ask Mr. Crump if there are other returned warrants that can be obtained that demonstrate someone other than JY as being the focal point or even remotely considered as such in the probable cause sections.

I can understand with holding such warrants if there is someone else involved, however, I cannot see why the media was so quick to release only the warrants focused on JY as well as a copy of the NTO. I quess I have missed the other clues pointing to someone else. Considering this will undoubtably be a death penalty case, lab backlogs, uncooperative persons and lawyers involved, 3 months does not seem very long to me at all. JMO

Thanks Scout, you're right, and originally I didn't think JTF showed up till the 17th whereas CC started days before that.

I've been here for 4 years and studied a lot of cases, but I haven't ever seen insiders like this so strong on an agenda to paint an honorable picture of a POI. So then it becomes interesting, considering this POI has not been cooperative with LE and lawyered up almost right away after the murder.

BTW Scout, I think you do a stellar job on your site. It is fresh, well thought out and always timely. :clap:

I don't know which link has the SW's that aren't deleted, so I'm going to ask if one of you know how the verbage read in referance to the seapon. It was _________ and other items . . . It was strange wording I thought and a reason for it. Hey Paula thinks they have that weapon, but I don't figure that yet. I know these items listed in the first paragraph were things to look for and not things they had found.
