ETA: I got sick of gojo's 'scenarios' with the blood and the innuendo of someone picking up Cassidy and taking her to the bathroom that I typed in

I think I know where gojo was heading with the '2 murderers' theory. Kid next door and his 'mate' from the trailer park.

If there was two murderers then the injuries would've covered a wider area than what they did.

About this time last year, my mom had to have the same type of surgery. She's so perky now all 4 of us together can't keep up with her! I hope all goes well with the surgery. ((strach))

I don't remember the case, but it was another wife who was killed, her body was found in her car in a parking lot. Anyway they felt pretty sure DH did it and found blood in the master bedroom and cut out part of the carpet for evidence, etc. Anywhooo, the man and his youngest daughter moved back into the house after the murder. I don't remember what ever became of him and if he was tried. I think he was. I'll try to find it. But it does happen. Hell that sicko college professor continued to live in the house after he bashed his wifes face in beyond recognition in the kitchen just a few months back.

I'm still wondering why they were there at all since it seems as if the Young family hired people to come in and clean. Does anyone know if LE is responsible for replacing things taken as evidence, or are you just sol? If it was the cleaning crew scandi, doubt they were taking evidence, just cleaning out. Soiled mattresses, you would not be able to sleep on. Don't know why the initial crew did not dispose of those in the first place. If this scene was as bloody as I imagine, I would think that all of the carpet in the bedroom as well as the sheetrock would have to be replaced. I would imagine that blood would soak in and it would be impossible to clean.......

LE is only responsible for things like cleaning up the mess they make, like from fingerprint dust, etc IIRC. Or course sometimes they don't even do that. Someone tried to break into my apt in college, they fingerprinted and left the dust. I think we used alcohol since everything else just smeared it and that was on a door and door frame. You know, I think it might be darn near impossible to get that stuff of drywall seems like it would just smear. I don't know.

Thanks everyone and DD thank your expert for me. I did get candy and flowers but found out my father needs open heart surgery so that's why I didn't make it back earlier. When it rains it pours or so it seems.

Scandi I do agree with your assessment of gojo but I just wish they'd shut up. Who has time to read through pages of that nonsense? Just glad they don't post here. Since RPD said they wouldn't let him see the pic with the hair it could very well be something as simple as LE removing footprints, etc. I'm not stressing over it.
