I was rather overcome at CTV tonight as there was a diturbing air floating about. People jiving each other, bickering and basicly all around what I would call an obnoxious poster who thinks men have a bad rap in life. :crazy: {We gals know how lucky they are, right? I figure if you have to put a poster on iggy to get something positive out of the time spent there, why go. They all put up with him. It is amazing. They must love the maddness of it! lol

Maybe he'll come over, but he says the SW was obtained by somewhat less than upfront means in that it did not devulge pertinent information that had the judge been aware of, could have decided not to sign it.

Something about it was his 2 sisters he took to California on the trip he took that really 'pi**ed off' Michelle, as the link stated, and not some little femme fatale! LOLOLOL

Also that 2 witnesses were not named, and if it had been for instance MF and LF it might have made a difference to the judge. I don't think any of this matters, as I know unless the judge feels there is just cause, he's not going to issue the warrant.

Okay dokie folks - up to some sleuthing. Don't know about you all but it seems to me there is some good news in the release of this warrant today. Michelle Young did talk to others about some problems going on between her her and JY. It seems that these stresses were spoken about to more than one person.


Not sure that it matters who these issues were relayed to however I think we can figure out that the conversations were not relayed only to members of her family. Why do I say that ? The warrant published today clearly states that Witness A and Witness B were spoken to on November 29th, seperately but both relayed information supporting the trip to California and Michelle's worry about finances. I believe LE would have spoken to both Meredith and Linda Fisher and gleaned as much information as possible from them very early only in the investigation.

I recall an article about LE going to Brevard to obtain finger prints from JY's family and friends however I cannot find a date for that particular article. I am having difficulty believing that anyone in JYs family would relay this information to LE given that they are probably doing what JY is to the best of their abilities. To me that leaves the sorority sisters as the most likely persons that Michelle relayed this information to. Any thoughts - I bet someone has a better idea...spit it out !

Back to one of Sami's comments. I'm not here to doubt Sami, I promise you! In fact I never gave it that much thought, when she said, "strangling" someone isn't that easy.

I just finished Stephen Singular's book about BTK (please keep in mind, that I never followed that case, Sorry).

AT least three times in the book, it was portrayed by the author, how difficult it was for Rader to "strangle" someone. Rader even practiced with a rubber ball to strengthen his fingers.

MeThinks JY bit off more that he could chew. Poor baby.

I will go on record and say LP was blowing smoke out of his shorts - I have very serious doubts that the information in that warrant was obtained from MF and LF - note my previous post and my thinking along those lines. My opinion = people should actually read the warrants at least three times then study about them for a while - then open mouth and insert foot.

Thanks Scandi! I know who you are talking about over there, big time dolt, is his nic related to the perp in this case or is it an unfortunate coincidence? I stopped reading when he pulled the Holloway case and starting sharing his *wisdom* -NOT! on the matter. What a loser. Thanks for the update!

I'm lost again on the 2 witnesses. You make good sense RC but for such personal financial & family info, I can only say if I was Michelle, I would only confide that info with my mother & sister. LE could have done a follow up with MF & LF. Why else would LE refer to them as being "younger" & "older"? Might be because they had the same name?

Then again I've never had the closeness of a bunch of sorority sisters, so I don't know. Also, these girls are much younger than me so it's quite likely that they have a whole different relationship with their friends.

What I did get out of the warrant was that JY was controlling. Saying this because I think he might have been jealous that MY & CY went to visit her mother. IMO he took it out on her when she returned by taking his family (AND PAYING FOR IT!!!!).

ETA Just re reading my own post lol. I would definitely b**ch to my friends about my husbands family but not financial.

Anyways, I'm ecstatic to learn that MY talked to somebody!!!

You could be right but for me I just don't see MY being angry over JY taking his family to CA and footing the bill as all that personal if one is really really ticked off. I just don't know - the timing of this interview, November 29th with A & B, seems to be after the SS spa weekend and you know there was some serious talking being undertaken by those gals. You could be right - I'll study some more.

I don't see JY as controlling - perhaps spiteful, arrogant, and with a "I'll fix you attitude" perhaps. I think the problem may come back to he couldn't control Michelle - JMO.

Do not go there to read what he has to say about that case - it will make you want to shoot him. I do not understand why the CTV posters continue to carry on with him other than just to aggravate but they can't get his goat. IF Michelle had just miscarried, gone home to N.Y.with Cassidy to be around her mother and Jayson refused to go....Then when she gets home he takes HIS family for a jaunt to Calif. Could be a problem.

You know, I already wouldn't trust the guy in a $hit house with a muzzle on, so maybe I am overly critical, but just seems to me like a house long divided.

Hehe - I had a very controlling first husband. He was out of town once and I went to a lowsey baseball game with a girlfriend. He was so upset that when he came home he disappeared with his buddies for 3 days. Like you say "I'll fix you" or teach you a lesson which imo results from jealousy & control.

A lot of times, I think we women draw from our personal experiences when forming opinions on these topics.

I'll split the difference here with ya. :crazy: I think he did want to control her but I'll agree that he was not able to - hence she went off to see her mother anyways. Throughout this power struggle I think he played mind games with her hence ok you go see your mother - "I'll fix you".

Same as the affair - perhaps - don't want to have sex with me? - ok I'll find someone else and "I'll really fix you". I'll take one of your best friends.

There came a point though where I think Michelle gained total control and was calling it quits. There was no option left for him but to kill her.

No idea if I'm right but this is just what I am sensing.

Oh, in regards to the CD's, with 2 appearing blank in the warrant.

CD-R disks can not have data erased using an erase option via computer. Only CD-R/RW's can be erased and rewritten on.

If those disks appear blank then they are blank.

The only way a CD-R can be 'erased' is if the holographic coating is removed as that is what the data is burnt into.

"There's a lot of evidence to go through," Stephens said Monday. "We're still following up on leads." She said Jason Young has been uncooperative and investigators have not been able to interview him.

Jason Young's attorney, Roger Smith Jr., could not be reached for comment.
