Perhaps they should not run too amok with it - this woman's husband happens to be cooperating with LE to find the murderer of his wife - if he continues to cooperate he is going to make JY look like...well you know. :p
It seems that way already. And it makes Jason look even more guilty. ;)

I too got your message about the cooperation RC. I was just second guessing what the other side would do with this. Sorry, I should have acknowledged your point as well - which I agree with! :)

Not necessary! I know you got it. I'm just thinking that JYs family and friends would look very silly indeed to try to make something of this in relation to the murder of Michelle, unless of course they are going to claim that LE missed the message written in blood on the floor - ya know like that piece of tooth LE missed?

If this fellow turns out to not be involved - and he has helped LE - every family member and friend JY has should be questioning his decision to shut down communications. They should also quit whining about the press. If this guy is not involved I hope the press and LE makes a huge very public display out of how coooperation is essential. Personally I hope they rule him out today and put it on the news tonight for JY's family to view. JMO

Ooohh, that would be nice. ;)

Oh, no I just thought of something, if one 'dear hubby' points to this as 'see I didn't do it maybe this person did' to distract people then others might do the same. It won't fly (no pun intended), but a certain Bird may start pointing to this new case as well.

You know, I have listened to the 911 tapes several times and I have a question. If somone is telling the dispatcher that she is cold to the touch and stiff why would the operator keep telling her to check because they 'need to know'? They do not 'need to know' they automatically send an ambulance. It just seemed cruel and adds to the trauma to make this woman keep going back in there when she was pretty sure she was dead. Is this standard?

It's obvious we didn't hear everything, but not once did the dispatcher ask if the child was hurt and could someone still be in the house. I thought that was pretty standard. Thankfully I have never had to deal with anything like this.

They may need to know so that can advise the EMT team that they need to move very carefully and extract the two known live persons without disturbing a crime scene. If Michelle was still alive they needed to be advised it was a crime scene and again to move judiciously through it. JMO.

Thanks RC. Meredith sounds like me, cool under pressure then you go somewhere privately and looooose it. I just kept waiting for her to say 'look 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I am pretty sure my sister is dead, now get someone over her now'. I may stay cool, but I can still get a little testy if I think someone is asking me to do something that I think is pointless. ;)

I think part of the conversation was indeed oriented at trying to keep MF from straying too far into the reality and thus possibly loosing it. Meredith was kind of caught between two worlds - Cassidy and Michelle so she was trying to cope with two situations which is why I think the dispatcher kept trying to pull her back - her attention was split and he was trying to get a focus. Just my thought.

Me too - calm under pressure and then go away quietly to loose it. I have no idea how I may have reacted to something this desperate however. Hope I never find out - wish no one had to.

Here is the link reL LE up in Bravard, (11/30/06):

http://abclocal.go.com/wtvd/story?section=local&id=4811361

Snippet
"While the discovery of the tooth was coming to light, another source tells eyewitness news that wake investigators looking into young's death are in the mountain town of Brevard today.

The Transylvania county sheriff says his office has been contacted to assist with fingerprinting relatives and friends of Jason Young, who sources say is back home in the Brevard area with his two year-old daughter.

Wake's sheriff confirms his investigators are in the mountains.

"We have a lot of leads, over 65 that we're following up on," says Wake County Sheriff Donnie Harrison. "We go wherever that takes us. And that's probably what they're doing today," he continued."

Scandi,

You are absolutely awesome ! I was looking for that because I wanted the date of the report - you will note it is November 30th. The date of the interview with A & B from the search warrant was 11/29/06. You Rock Ms. Scandi !:blowkiss:

I was wondering about that date as well. I don't know that it would have really confirmed one way or the other since they stated earlier that they had something like 23 investigators working on the case. They could have been interviewing people in different places at the same time and I seriously doubt they know all of LE's destinations and interviewees.

That being said, I'm not suprised that it was not on the same date. I doubt she would have shared that information with "his" friends in Brevard, much less his family. I usually try to refrain from calling the in-laws to complain about my spouse......

I do wonder though what prompted the visit to Brevard on the 30th. Since there were interviews on the 29th with witnesses that obviously LE is trying to protect, one has to wonder what else was brought forth in those interviews. I do. My theory - witnesses A & B are not related to either family and I really have no clue who they are and it is not important. The fact that they are not identifed tells me it is not something LE wanted JY's lawyer to know either.

Darn, I just lost my post! :banghead: Is there any way to get it back when that happens? S'pose not.

Thanks Charlie! Too bad there isn't a cute Little Missy icon for a curtsey. LOL

Reading that article I linked, it really says it was a tandem effort by the Wake and Transylvania County investigators to fingerprint the relatives and friends of Jason Young in Brevard.

Remember a poster mentioned the Smith firm are known to be sticklers for detail, and had a case where if one fingerprint was left at the crime scene it opened up a loophole for the defense.

I agree Scandi, but it also gave WCSO the opportunity to legitimately approach and ask questions of the friends and family located in Brevard. I wish we would have heard more about this, such as were all prints asked for given, were interviews conducted or were they denied ?

I'm just putting together an investigation timeline, when you start plugging all these little dots in it kind of makes it a bit easier to see what direction it is going in. Now if I can keep the clients here from smudging the window I've greased penciled this on it would be much clearer. :)

In this last SW there were also 5 individual photographic prints as well as the 7 CD/DVR discs included.

Wonder the importance of those photos?

A corection to one of my posts I previously stated an Imation CD-R with "Windows XP" on it.

I was wrong.....

It was the same (Imation) CD-R with the words "Office XP" written on it.

Having run a couple of tests last night, lol.

I can confirm that Bill Gates will hate me as it is easy as pie to copy his software...both the operating system (Windows XP) and Office XP.

Edited out how I did it, lol.... added too much info, lol. Simple info but still too much.

To make sure I didn't fluke it I did.

Windows XP Home and Professional
Office Xp
Microsoft Office 2002 Professional Edition
Microsoft FrontPage.

All booted up perfectly for reinstallation.

Oh don't panic Bill....I broke the copies :)

I see little gojo has finally gotten around to JTF's mantra - the press is lying, the cops are lying, they are going to do something about it and by the way there were no bloody footprints in the house except for in Cassidy's bathroom so we all know where this is going right ? :silenced:
