I saw a post on ctv one time where someone claimed to know what side of the bed Michelle slept on from those that had been in the house. I don't remember the exact wording but got the impression they meant Jason's sister because I remember thinking how would she know that?

There were posters theorizing if she was attacked on her side of the bed or crawled across it to get away, etc. so that's how it came up in the first place. Posters suggesting her side would be closest to the bathroom is a logical deduction but how would JTF, Jake or Gojo know? Again another question Jason could answer for LE.

Hi j2mirish,

ITA and am thinking the ME's final report will hold the answer to why the AS test was not given. I'm going to go try to find the AR again, as I thought it said everything appeared normal.

Good to see you j2! Scandi

Scandi,

I don't think you will find any clues in the portion of the AR that was released by the media. however, I suspect the ME probably has a case notebook that has significantly more detail. If there is not a thorough explanation of possible affected area conditions, there will most likely be an ammendment made to explain. JMO

Thanks Charlie. Thanks Goodness! These are very professional men, and I believe what you say has to be true. I think they only let the bare bones out to the public, just as we think the 911 tape was edited as well.

WOW Did you see the font just change? That was weird, as it happened when I was posting. LOL

I would look for supporting documents relating to the clothing as well as possible additional testing of those clothes. I think the fact remains however, there was a cross up somewhere and I think the DA is not happy by not having the SA kit done, regardless of the ME's explanation. CCBI is certainly not pleased I would say, since they did indeed request it. Hope this is not one of those idiotic territorial arguments.

Interesting post Strach! Now that you say that it brings the floorplan into play. LOLOLOL

If you walk into their bedroom the bed is almost straight ahead. On your left are the two walk-in closets to the front side of the house. If you take a right and walk towards the back of the house, to your right will be a door leading into the Master Bath area which looks out over the back yard. 99.5% sure about that.

Now according to our sources, Michelle's body was found straight ahead as you enter the bedroom. and lay on the floor between the left side of the bed and the closet wall. The bathroom suite is to the right side of the bed.

If what you remember is true Strach, then Michelle slept on the right side of the bed but somehow ended up close to the left side of the bed. It could be after plying the hand off her neck she had to go across the bed to escape. The killer was probably blocking her exit off the right side of the bed.

Ahhh, I bet these reports will be a part of the ME's final report, do you think?

Googling for the AR {I couldn't find an openable link on our special thread}, I noticed several articles referred to the preliminary autopsy report for Michelle Young. I bet that is just the way they do it in Chapel Hill, right! ;}

I suspect the final report is significantly more than the 13 pages we have been allowed to see.

LOL Did it make sense? Here:

* Standing in BR door, body straight ahead on floor, bordered on left by closet wall and on the right by master bed.

* Across bedroom at back of house, a door adjoins to the ensuite area which looks out on the back yard.

* If Michelle slept on right side of bed {closest to ensuite}, she must have been blocked from escaping on that side, as her body was found on the floor next to the left side of the bed.

:p;) Scandi

I don't always remember who said it but I remember what was said. So you would be right Scandi. If she was already in bed she may have been attacked from the right side and rolled to the left to get away. On the other hand maybe she wasn't in the bed. I personally roll all over the bed which she might too on the nights she was alone.

I just saw where they changed the number on the first page to 1 of 13. It looked like it read 16 before they changed it.

What does it say about toxicology? No seperate listings as to what tests they were doing right? Or anything else telling or lacking that you can spot?

Strach,

I'm not well versed in ARs but there is no exact reference to Toxicology. It does list microbiology = none; chemistry = none. Radiograph of the head. Post mortem alcohol was negative. I wonder why the ME would do an alcohol determination but not a rape kit...:silenced:

nothing more frustrating than something so simple not done- especially when it was requested-- kinda like " rights not being read" to someone who just confesses to murder, and they are "let off"-- but I agree rc- could be a territorial argument- still dont think it wil be a big deal to a jury

Having trouble getting a post up, but am not going to start banging! LOL

In the AR the first page is missing. It says there are 12 pages to the report {I was wrong about 13}, but the 2 has been written over another number. I can't read what it was.

I did put the current AR link in our link thread so it will be easy to find.
