Plus, there are those guys who "hate" gays because they secretly fear being gay themselves. Then, there are other closet gays who go overboard and become very masculine and become policemen, firefighters, football players, etc.

If Jason grew up in a rigid family where he was not allowed to express his "feminine" side, he definitely would keep it a secret. He may have insinuated things to Michelle or even outright told her (perhaps, when he was drinking) his inclinations.

Who knows? I just feel that the transgender therapist along with the police being granted access to these records is a big clue.

maybe that's WHY he drank, to drown out the feelings or he might have been self-medicating with the alcohol to deal with undiagnosed Personality Disorders.

i think for sure some enabling has gone on. still is. i have said all along, Michelle probably didn't have the ability to wait on him hand and foot like mommy and sisters.

i wonder if jay felt pressure from his family to marry her or did the pressure come from the fisher side?

I also am of the mindset that Jay begrudgingly married Michelle and blamed her for getting pregnant and trapping him, so to speak. I do not believe that he would have married her if she had not become pregnant. I also do not believe that he wanted another child.

Well, we do know there was no love lost between jy & Linda. Be interesting to find out how this came about.

I've always thought that Michelle might have sought counselling because of losing the baby - she hasn't had time to get over that and bingo she's pregnant again when perhaps she doesn't even love the guy.

We have heard that they were planning on getting a divorce anyways. If this is true - then what would be the point of her discussing his sexual orientation with a therapist?

. .if that change in his sexual dynamics resulted in Michelle's rebuff or concern he needed counciling, and once she discovered it, told him to get thee to a councilor to see what was happening with him, she then posed a threat of public exposure with his situationm, and his ego could not handle that.

Her knowledge posed the threat he had to eliminate. I think this culminated in one episode where she threatened to expose him by going to a Dr herself to see how she as his wife should handle this change, and he told her if she did that he would kill her. Therein lies the nub or kernel of imminent danger that the judge read in the therapists notes, and why he made the decision to have the notes handed over to the prosecutor.

I think RF was very respectable in his sexual orientation. I think Michelle could have talked to him about anything, as he was her friend. I don't think she had a chance to discuss Jasons change with him, as once he had threatened her life she immediately went to a councilor, and that happened right before she was killed. She might have only had one or two sessions with her.

I have also been thinking, Michelle had a doctors appt that Fri morning, one she never made it to. Could it be it was with this therapist, and that is why she died only hours before the appt, as Jason was afraid she was going to tell the therapist all about him, and he couldn't let that happen, so he killed her. He would be mortified, and he didn't want to have to change anything about his new found sexuality as he enjoyed it too much. It was now his life.

RF has taken his MySpace page private now. He's a really handsome man with a bright smile and dark hair. The page had lots of pictures of him surrounded by friends. His site was full of wit and imagination. He seems to be full of fun and mischief.

Usually men as outwardly gay as Rhett is, have already opened up to their families. I would guess that not only do Rhett's family know that he is gay, I would also bet that they have come to terms with it and are proud of him. I did enjoy his MySpace page, he is a barrel of giggles! I think he's the sort of guy anyone would be happy to call a friend.

We've only heard that he passed away some years ago when Jason was young, no pun intended. That in itself would have been devastating to the Young family, but especially for Jason.

And re: condoms....

There are many couples who buy condoms to prevent another pregnancy while the woman is recovering from the loss of a baby. Maybe they just forgot in the 'heat of the moment' one night?

You need to look at all sides of why condoms may have been found.
