Some of you who saw my blog before have probably noticed that I removed a lot of information I had up. This is because I decided that there are enough blogs out there with viewpoints about the case. I'm wondering how everyone thinks certain theories hold up in this case.

I read on another site there is thought they might arrest an accomplice and Jason would be dragged into it. Slim chance for this IMHO as if there was a plan for murder that would be the riskiest way to go. And it is probably thrown out there as food for fodder to see what sticks.

So far I think Michelle discovering something about her husband that posed a great threat to his ego and life style, sounds very realistic to me. Whatever threat she became to him was the reason for her death. She was strong and confident and overpowered him. Except she couldn't overpower 38+ blows to the head. That is what her killer counted on!

I've always thought that Michelle might have sought counselling because of losing the baby - she hasn't had time to get over that and bingo she's pregnant again when perhaps she doesn't even love the guy.

We have heard that they were planning on getting a divorce anyways. If this is true - then what would be the point of her discussing his sexual orientation with a therapist?

I have also been thinking, Michelle had a doctors appt that Fri morning, one she never made it to. Could it be it was with this therapist, and that is why she died only hours before the appt, as Jason was afraid she was going to tell the therapist all about him, and he couldn't let that happen, so he killed her. He would be mortified, and he didn't want to have to change anything about his new found sexuality as he enjoyed it too much. It was now his life.

I think this is very possible Scandi. I've always been suspect of this because if I remember correctly it was jy who spread the word about it being a "doctor's" appt and I think he was being very selective about what he told people. For example - meeting in Virginia (couldn't say where), leaves 2 receipts in the vehicle etc.

I don't think so IMHO Athy, as I believe that decision about divorce had been made long before she went to the threapist. We were told in some link that she saw the therapist not long before her death. Whatever the therapist learned had to have involved imminent danger to someone {Michelle we think}, which is why he ruled the therapists notes turned over to the Pros.

In this article Steve points out 4 points from insider posts he feels are valid and most likely true, one of which speaks of divorce:

That is dated Nov 2nd, so talk of a divorce was already out there among friends.

Anybody wondering why Spencer Smith said it was "physically impossible" for jy to be in Raleigh that nite to murder Michelle?

Seems to me, the hotel in Hillsville (2 1/2 hrs away) makes it very possible.

Did jy lie to his family about where he stayed in Virginia? Afterall, he hasn't had to do any real explaining yet. Or is there something else going on!

Hi Jilly, There was a post made towards the end of last week by our Bravardian at another sight {unmentionable here ;}, that SS really knew nothing. That is when he also said he thought LE was going to arrest someone else and drag JY into it.

i read the same post. it sounds like either Gojo is envious of the attention that Spence got by being quoted in the article or Spence is being fed bogus
info like a nice Brevard poster on CTV who is a friend of Little Sis.

Gojo's post made it sound as if THERE IS an accomplice, hitman or accessory-after-the-fact who would be arrested and will implicate jay. that post was just another misstep by Gojo imo.

Hi Niner ;} Yes, I think what Cassie said was a big factor, plus no evidence of a break in, a virtual annilhation of the victim showing it was personal - I think when the lead investigator turned around and looked his men square in their eyes, it was almost like an unstated agreement between them that this crime reeked of familiarity!

That is why that poster thinks LE had tunnelvision from the go-get, that they never looked at anyone else. Most of us don't agree with him, as if something else had presented itself in the way of evidence from a stranger or acquaintance, there would be SW's to substantiate that. There have been none that have warranted serving IMHO, so every path must lead back to the husband. Add in the statistics for homicide by husband of pregnant wife, and it almost ties a bow on the crime.

Almost. They evidently aren't quite ready, polishing up their strategy I think to be Smith-proof. I thought for sure last week with the flux about no SA coming out that info being made public was a strategy in formulating their case and resolving this little blip. I still feel that way, as I think there was a decision made during the autopsy itself there was no need to perform the test .

no, i didn't mean to imply Little Sis was purposely giving her friend bogus info. I think the truth might be that jay WAS telling Little Sis that he'd be
moving to Charlotte, had a new job, etc. just to give her and her husband some indication (hope) that he wouldn't be living with them for much longer. i'm sure his presence is a big strain on them for many reasons.

it is a strange game that they play with the poster. Gojo tries to undercut her credibility but he doesn't realize that she is one of the most well-liked and respected posters that is sympathetic to jason. i think that Gojo wants all of the attention for himself. he wants to be the "Go-to" man for insider info on the case.

But as far as Little Sis, people say that she is a very nice woman and loved Michelle as a dear friend. I think it is good that Cassidy is with her. I think that she might be the person who is sending the Fishers pictures of Cassidy.
