Oh goodness Charlie I hadnt thought of that. I always had my babies sleep with me when my hubby was away.

But do you think he would do it with his child there where she could see him?

Lord, I hope not.

IMO

That would be extremely sick IMO, but so is murder. I could not imagine how anyone could ever do such a thing, but there are some majorly sick sobs in this world.

Uh oh !!! :silenced:

LOL :D

But you know if he was going to kill her in her sleep looks like he would jump on her straddle her, where she cant get up and smother her with the pillow or strangle her.

I guess because he looks like such a nerd it is hard for me to visualize him being a bludgeoner... which I think is the worst way to murder someone.

no mention at all, of Michelle being on the floor, in the 911 tape....

But...but... So does that mean it is settled? She was in the bed? I wonder if she was tossed onto the bed after the murder?

Thanks - I must have looked at one of the transcripts that was originally in error, there are 50 posts of them in the first half of this thread.

All I can say is if she was in the bed, I doubt there was much of a struggle in reality - the first blow would have made it difficult.

Strach - good thinking about the baby gate - no forced entry and only windows on the second floor (?) someone passed the dog by twice - gulp. Oh this looks bad - very bad.

I have been waiting for you Scandi ! I knew you would drop by. You know I'm thinking back to when my boys were that age, I seem to remember words like boo boo and anything with an L was reduced to something else. It is possible that baby Cassidy said something, but I think they, LE, should be extremely cautious about utilizing such information. I doubt the average police person is really qualified to interview a child this young.

I hope this baby saw nothing, I hope she was sound asleep in her room far away from this. What bothers me is I recall my wife telling me that she often would bring the babies to bed with her when I was away. She felt better about having the baby near when I was gone.

i think Cassidy said a lot...i've thought that from the very minute i heard the 911 call....

well, i think it's safe to say now, that her body was found on the bed...whether there was a struggle, & THEN she was tossed on the bed..who knows?????...i don't suppose we'll ever know for sure if she were up & about, getting ready for bed, or if she was already in the bed sleeping....

Poor Michelle and her sweet baby. Such promise......such true sadness and loss. It seems so senseless.

& as far as there being blood "everywhere", isn't there usually a lot blood spatter & such, when blunt force trauma is involved....maybe there was a LOT of blood on the bed, the headboard, the walls...we know Meredith says that Cassidy's little footprints are all over the house...(she used the words, "all over the house")....i'm thinking there was a lot of blood in the bedroom, period, & Cassidy took some, with her little feet, through the house....

Well just let me say this I was a cheerleader for three years in high school. So I know some of us dress up pretty good even after years away from our high school years. I can still work rings around many 20 year olds. As my hubby affectionately says "she is tougher than woodpecker lips". Still a pretty strong and fit gal if I say so myself. :p and still wear a size 5 like I did at 18. lol

I bet you know all about some of those cheerleaders. I never went for the jocks......I liked the quieter guys. lol

ya know, i don't know if Cassidy actually SAW her mommy being killed, BUT it wouldn't surprise me if she had woke up at some point, during it...i've posted this before, but.......

what if she heard noise that woke her up...she walks into her mommy & daddy's bedroom & see's the killer hovering over her mommy's body, or see's the killer picking up things, cleaning up things, rushing around etc........i think it's very possible that Cassidy saw something.....

Yes remember we were discussing that last night? The head bleeds profusely anyway when there is a cut in the skin.........now it seems here there must have been several open wounds which would cause tremendous bleeding and you are right as he swung each blow there would be cast off everywhere.

You know I use to think if there were dogs present in the home the homeowner would be alerted but that just doesn't happen sometimes. The McKenzie/Greone family had two dogs that were kept inside, one a pit pull that Vance Greone said was aggressive yet Duncan came into that home and caught all that poor family by surprise and in Jessica Lunsford home there was an inside dog and it never made a whimper when Couey came into that home.

So I think we want to believe that all dogs will act protectively but that is just not true. Sometimes I think they can sense evil and are scared too.

IMO

Ocean

i think that's what the two dogs at the Groene household sensed...(shivers)

....Duncan claims all he had to do was point a gun at them, & they didn't bother him....
