Like the proverbial intruder who kicked and bruised the dog as attested to by JTF. Maybe not family posting, PSA, defense attorney was hired right away and they are known to frequent the boards to test the waters.

good point there, CP...

Thanks all for your input, at least I am not the only one who thought of this. Maybe Michelle found out about Jason being gay and was going to tell family members. I think it is odd that he would go on a business trip and then stay with his family. Anybody know how long he was going to stay at his parents? All weekend? When he has a 2 1/2 yr old and pregnant wife at home? I also wonder how well Michelle got along with his parents and if they saw them often. So many questions and no answers.

Sorry, not reached final posts on this thread yet... hope this not repeated.

The "insiders" indicate he was going to stay over Saturday.

One thing I've picked up in these crimes: when the perp gets impatient - the cleverly placed deck of cards begins to sway. What comes next may just be ... Force Majeure??? No teling; but if Jason did this, perhaps he over-rehearsed his part and instead of letting things flow - he prompted Meredith to 'get it over and done with' so as to move on... with himself, another man or another woman ... but to move ON...

JMHO...

LMAO I read and thoroughly enjoy each post you bring to the table as I do with all others. Me too.

Morning Ocean. Thanks for your thoughts. I support & accept your thinking here (very fair); can see that the cases you quoted (Lunsford, etc) and this helps bring us to a certain reality that these are NOT open and shut 'it was him!' stereotype crimes.

There are bound to be a combination of varying thoughts with regard to this crime - from who, what, when, where to how.

My particular itch-that-won't-go-away is with those that will not enter into discussion along broader-thinking lines: the new Jasonites for example. It's not their opinion of guilt or innocence that I think about ~ moreover it is the OVERDONE and adamant one-sidedness that it can be anyone BUT Jason. He's been excused from every 'odd' aspect of this case.

He is not perfect and if a stranger could have walked in - well I do believe Jason could just as easily have walked in and committed this crime.

I am even beginning to wonder if he was disguised OR ... that he purposefully waited for Michelle to fall asleep so that she did not have to see him. (Pounced on while sleeping; first and worst injuries while she was under the bedclothes - and in a struggle, she clambered or stumbled off the bed and to the floor).

Of course, Cassidy is one of many innocent and hurting victims in this murder; definitely the most vulnerable and innocent. To lose her mommy like that is horrific enough. To grow up knowing it was her own father is .... well, words escape me.

If he hadn't lawyered up so fiercely and so early then shut up and showed no united grief with Michelle's family at the funeral - I may be a little more lenient in my thinking.

When JTF & co post ... I go "WTF ??" :D

Seems they value arguing on anonymous boards more than JY & both families. The odd snippet here and there is understandable. But we're getting pages of detail. ALL detail puts Bonny Prince Jason as 'too perfect'.

<<<er, said sock now wrestling itself around my throat; gripping stuff, eh? :p lol!>>>

LOL You are so funny. I love your posts.

Well if Jason did this Polk I think he came in with a full mask on to disguise himself from Michelle and from his own precious daughter, Cassidy.

I was sure since the SP case was such a sensational case that any smut on Jason would have been dug up by the media immediately. They know the early bird gets the worm and uh hmmm the ratings! LOL

Maybe we will hear something soon. It is the waiting that is terrible for the family and for us too of course.

We all want whomever did this to Michelle and the baby held to the highest punishment allowed.

IMO

I keep going back to the LE timeline between 12:00am and 6:00 am. This was put out right after the murder and I think it's important. LE must have known from the get go what time Jason called Michelle and from where, and then figure how long it would take Jason to drive back to the house. If they are uncertain who killed her then why would they put out this timeline?

no reward for any info leading to the killer...would that be one for the list?

Yes, of course. No reward. Good call, close.

And no TIPLINE!!!

OH, just thought of something....TOD...does anyone find it odd that the media hasn't gotten hold of the ME's report, as far as time of death??

Could the autopsy report be sealed for now. I know the Judge sealed Laci and Conner's for some time didnt he?

What if Jason called at 11 and Michelle was in shower and jumped out to grab the phone after the message machine picked it up, provided of course they have a message machine. The machine would have recorded some of it and would have also reported the time and date...possible?

Hi concernedperson: I'll bet they do! maybe they're going to need a jury pool? Could this case have twists and turns? Lol, I swear to you I've raised an eyebrow at EACH post and thought hmmmm:

Step-dad, Lover or Def team?
Lover, family or Def Team?
er... Lover(boy) AND Step-Dad AND def team?

Right, I find that very odd. Even the police in the Sara Walker case who said her murder was not a random act put up an award for any information leading to her murderer.

So even if they think Jason did it I cant understand why they, themselves aren't wanting tips to come in about Jason for example. Or why Jason and the rest of the family are not establishing their own reward.

Yes possible, or she called jason on his cell phone before she went to bed.

They could have pressed the call back button and gotten the hotel where JY would have stayed or at least his phone number. Would the phone immediately reveal the time the call was made ?

Let's hope those phone records prove a thing or two. Don't the phones in US have a *star* number to dial for 'last call received'? IN Uk they had those and an automated voice gave the time, date and number of the caller.

Also, we have not heard (and do not know) if JY had tried calling MY that morning? We know he rang his SIL; I'm wondering if he called home that day (after the previous 11 pm call that is).

This is all too neat 'n tidy. To call his SIL about a gift? The insiders had to scramble back to the drawing board, IMO, as the anniversay had just passed and it was 7 or 8 weeks from Christmas.

Hmmmm...

well, i think LE focused on those hours because they knew JY had left somewhere betw the hours of 8 or 9 pm'ish, along with the 11 pm phone call, & the state Michelle's body was in...cold/stiff...they probably had a fairly good idea of TOD, just from investigating....jmo

Indeed, Ocean ... and that's the flip-side... And that's perhaps the single most things that has thwarted me. The media investigators. Even if the regular press hasn't snooped around, then what has happened to the National Enquirer reporters? The media aren't polite - they'll print anything.

Ther is only ONE paper I believe may be holding 'mum' under agreement and that's the News & Observer: I think they may be working with LE on this - no matter who the perp is.

The info-release has been a miniscule drip-feed - NO details other than what the Sheriff wants us to know (IMO)

Believe it or not I have never seen a 'real life' NE. I've seen 'Net-scanned images; copied articles - but never ever seen the most embarrassingly famous rag-mag that folk hid between that pages of The Wall Street Journal to read at check-out tills.
