lol @They've got him y the ba**s, so I wish they'd get the show on the road.

i'm with ya Scandi....i want to see this 🤬🤬🤬 get his day in court...i think LE already has his timeline down...it's like raisin said the other day...maybe LE is still waiting for some last minute forensics to come back....maybe they're still waiting on more info from the home computer hard drive.....it could be a number of details they want 'in stone' before they cuff him......they'll have to tell a 'story' in court & they don't want anything left 'out there' for reasonable doubt......makes sense...i thought the 'story' that Rick Distaso told at the end of the SP trial was brilliant...he put all the pieces right in place for the jury....heck, & they didn't even have what you'd call a 'crime scene' !
Two words I DON'T want to hear from the Raleigh DA: SLAM DUNK. (even if it is!)

You are very welcome dear Strach! Tomorrow I'llPM Charlie and see why this file I have will just not ever get out the door and on it's way through cyberland. I waited almost a half an hour tonight and then my server pooped out. I want everyone here to hear the tape with the modulation corrected. Sami has done such a stellar job on that tape. We just thought it shouldn't be posted out in the open.

I do think if this case goes to trial the jury will hear the tape. Can you imagine hearing her strong little voice saying Daddy did it in a hall of justice packed with everyone important to the case, and the killer, her dad, will hear every word his little girl says. You won't be able to hear a pin drop. And when it is over no one will move for a bit, or talk. It takes the legs right out from underneath you to hear it!

Goodnight all, be back early to catch up. Thanks Sami wherever you are. :)

Hi Strach,

It's just one tape but the sound is terriffic - very real. Then she has the first part of the tape by itself and then the last tape by itself, but there she has really worked on adjustments so you can hear the words clearly.

Someone asked me if I heard her ask for a washcloth. I never could catch that anywhere, and alot of Cassidy's words were little bubbly sounds. Then I listened to this tape and clear as a bell she said it. When I figure out how to send one attachment by itself I'll pop it over to you.

That's a rumor about where he went after he left the house before 10:30. Drove 1/2 hour away to a motel, called her at 11. Now that doesn't sound too complicated to me! lol

It was removed from the fileshare storage on advice from a local police officer who gave me one heck of a good reason why.

Mornin everyone! :)

Sami...! As they say in Hong Kong: O Tan Koo! Appreciated.

Look forward to continued gems in today's sleuthin.

BTW : This may not be news to you guys, but geez - it rained!

First time this year! About an hour - not major heavy rain ... (yay) ... great to see deep, dark, low cloud cover for a change, too. Going to plonk the roast-beef & veg chunks in a clay pot and just leave it (lazy, eh, LOLLL).

brb...

Well I said I wouldn't be shocked if he did this and I am not.

But I am never prepared to understand the cruel, depravity in someone that does such a despicable thing like this. It shows murderers learn no lesson from other murderers who have been caught, tried, convicted and sentenced. They each rear their ugly, plotting heads and continue to destroy lives of so many. Each of them cooking up their own murderous scheme to eradicate what they want removed as if human life means nothing,

For JY to not care one whit that his little daughter saw him do this to her mommy is so inherently cold blooded.

I hope during his mêlée he left behind what will destroy HIM in the end. I hope he left forensics and that Michelle, although silent in death marked her murderer so that he can be exposed for the cold, calculating monster he really has to be.

Losing a child to murder must be one of the hardest things a human will ever bear but losing that child and knowing it was done by someone they thought loved them has to make the pain even worse.

Prayers for Michelle's family!

IMO

Good Morning Annie,

I woke up waaaaay too early so thought I'd have a dup of tea and see que pasa here at this early hour.

Last night when I went to bed I ws thinking how fortunate I have been to have found Websleuths. Talking to two gals, both half way across the world, picturing them in bright sunshine together with friends all over the United States who all join together in their great passion for figuring out a puzzle! YaYa And everyone brings to the table such interesting and diverse backrounds and fresh viewpoint. Neato.

Scandi

PS: I spent way too much time here yesterday :D And I still think this guy is Goose Liver!

Good Morning Ocean,

I thing it could be that in having this very articulate and smart little girlie be able to relate to LE what she saw could be the miracle in this case of Michelle speaking from the grave, just like Laci did when she washed ashore against all odds.

Lets hope and pray this is the case, and I do join you in saying prayers for Michelle's family. For Jasons too, as they are going to have super strength to go through this ordeal now whether they realize it or not.

Scandi,

You have to quit keeping me out so late...:D It's not much fun hacking a horse out when one is half asleep...they know it and take advantage. Yes a good cup of tea works well.

Good Morning Charlie,

That was just darn esciting last night. Telling the rest of the story is always a very good thing. So is giving that little extra care to smart horses once in awhile. LOL

Headed back to bed for a bit and watch my 'Breakfast for the Arts'. See you in a while.

Helllloooo scands! LOL - you do have a way of describing things, lol! Sunshine? Not today - and it's wonderful, everyone's talking about the rain we've had. Indeed the puzzle here to me is when, how, with what ... and

WHY!

The who remains, as always, the husband. IMO ...

Morning (where you are, lol) Ocean. It's 7:30 at night here... cool, damp and a roast in the oven. Never buns in the oven for me, lol!

Well, I've never liked the fact he hot-footed it over the hills and far away, with Cassie in tow --- and 'ignoring' (IMO) Michelle's family the way he did. hat move was as sinister as ISP suggesting everyone 'go fly a kite' on Laci's birthday.

The second tragedy here is how Cassie will grow up and deal with this - so - more prayers for strength, courage, acceptance and peace in this wee little lassie's life!

:blowkiss: (((((((((((( Blessings for Cassie ))))))))) :blowkiss:

And I join you in those prayers and thoughts for Michelle's family Ocean!
