There are some interesting posters over and CTV: AJtam, JadedBlueEyes, RPD, Hawthorn,Sassfss among a few of them and ... listening post also comes in with a general statement every now and then. I like to read their posts as they're either seasoned and logical - or straight up, friendly and concerned. (Not that we aren't, lol).

A recent few posts caught my attention - re:

MICHELLE'S FUNERAL WEBSITE:

Apparently, MY's obit, funeral, details, etc has all been removed - yet when visitors search older deaths - those dearly departed folk still have their bios up.

A poster, Kelly, came in with a valid point, stating that perhaps the website crashed due to overload. (Canadian Girl immediately came in with a similar experience: one of her police officers was murdered and their website crashed with the surge. Police depts are obviously catering to a massive audience; seeking info, tipsand receiving other date regularly. Never heard of a precinct's website crashing before... ...)

Any-old-HOW: ... Posters claimed there were condolences approved by the family first, too.

THAT statement triggered a reason in my mind as to why the funeral site is down. Here are my reasons it was removed:

1. I wonder if there was an influx of angry friends, family, residents that all suspect JY - so they've added sensitive info; to have that info out on the net would have be prejudicial to the case, especially to JY?

2. Unable to cope and watching the growing anger may have caused MY's family and the funeral home to remove the site.

3. Perhaps the media might (or have) used pictures of Michelle that the family does not want OUT THERE (don't blame 'em).

4. The silence of this case is the opposite of that JTF's (incorrect) statements of a "Media Frenzy". There are 1000 more speculators than reporters; maybe someone out there has pen and paper in hand and BOOK on their mind and MY's family have been advised to keep quiet until "we've pulled it all together"....

OK - that my :twocents: plus :twocents: to make it a cent for each of the 4 points, lol - and .......throwing mysmall change over to you guys ...

He did make an adverse comment about their possible financial situation, saying their taxes hadn't been paid. Hope he found out they aren't due till Jan.

Something else, well he talked about the 15 year old - oh, said he had been at Michelle's house earlier in the evening.

He's kinda like a rat with a long tail that everywhere he goes he drops a little here and a little there. LOL I think Joe is about 65 and balding. {Hee Hee}

Oh yes, you're right - forgot that. Much earlier on, right? P'raps he was put in his place, then. I avoided *any* comment about the young neighbour. Just makes me uncomfortable reading what was written - so I overlook all comments this kid...

IMOO: Unless ANY child is KNOWN to have a record, I feel "lynching-onto" kids is diabolical and it's that family's responsibility to manage. If they don't - well - the future may bring their child to these boards.

CapJ, does do the forum HopScotch player bit (we read there, so we're the same, lol). However, he/she brings tidbits from one to the next - and I have to say, I've not seen any 'ludicrous theories or anal inventions' from CapJ. Brave to call reporters, but if you're reading, CapJ, "Hi" ... all the above is in good faith..

I'm gonna roll in real soon because I do work tomorrow. I don't belong over at CTV. During the Laci case I registered and never got my email back. Evidently the registrar was asleep at the time. So I wrote Coldwater and said, hey, what's the deal - I log in but can't post! Nothing ever came of that so I said forget it, WS is plenty, and only used CTV for Search {which is great} or to read.

I wish that poster who mentioned the person whose name they are afraid to say would have said what they were talking about! Gees!

Has anyone checked to see if there are any police calls to the home of a domestic nature. Could that hi power attny have any domestic calls taken off the public roll?

I think Michelle was pretty hi-power, an exec not too long out of college with a great firm. She meant business when she decided something. And I think ole' Jason might have had a high rising little pinkie, which is what all of this might boil down to in the end. And as to that little pinkie, when I tookpiano lessons as a kid for 12 years, my piano teacher was forever slapping my poor little finger. I just couldn't make it stay down. Ha Ha

They all could be over on the Natalee Holloway forum. Big news today Annie that Joran's attny went to the prosecuter and to clear his conscience told her he could no longer represent him as he was way too involved in her disappearance! A Bomb!

See, these cases sometimes seem like they are going nowhere and then, BHAM Something kicks it up a notch, and we all love to see that happen. Like with Sarah Walker. We heard absolutely nothing. Going :crazy: , then BHAM, got the guy and it's lookin' like he's the one and gonna go bye bye..

You've got you're thinking cap on Strach, and when I read this statement of yours I immediately took a deep breath!

We had the rumor they were about to or had just filed for divorce. Say if they had just decided to split, and it was Michelle who was the one who had asked for this and pushed it, it very well could be with him taking all that luggage with him that evening, this was his initial moving out. It does make sense to me and also gives a possible reason why he would lash out at her with a vengance, taking his family and girl and little boy from him, the house and everything they had worked hard to get, and he would be left with child support for 2 children which would be a strain as it would be hefty - he had only been on the job 3 months! *

I hadn't read Strach, that his belongings like clothes were in the bedroom. Was that in one of the articles in the paper?

I also wanted to correct something I read here. In their paper it was written that Meredith only said she went to the house to get something, It was LE who said it was a fax. I heard the Sheriff on Greta mention it was a fax. In the 911 call, Meredith did not mention anything about this that we heard. All she said was that it was a fluke and she never went there in the daytime.

The other thought is Meredith saying something like the house didn't look like it usually does. I've been wondering how she meant that. Considering the violence of the murder, I can see that if someone is going to bash someones head in to kill them they are racked with anger and hostility. So I could easily see lamps knocked over, bedding everywhere, things broken and thrown against the wall and picturese hanging crooked on the wall. Stuff even landing on the stairway or out in the hallway. It wouldn't take that much for a violent person like this to make a shambles of a place.

I think that is what Meredith meant. I don't think she meant things looked like they were missing, furniture gone, etc. Just that everything was out of place and rather upside down.

Sorry everybody, went to sleep. What I meant about his clothes being in the bedroom Scandi is that's presumably where they would be if he came back on the premise of getting something he forgot but of course him and Michele may have beein using seperate bedrooms if there was a possibility of divorce and they were gonna seperate. Either way it gets him upstairs without causing alarm and then a vicious attack with a lot of rage ensues with Cassidy and the dog there.

Why else would Michele's mother and sister think it was Jason right off? I think they knew Michele wanted a divorce because she told them they just may not have known Jason had moved out very recently or that very night.

Your right Scandi we don't know what that fax was but Jason's friends posting saying it was a surprise for Michele stated an anniversary gift which couldn't be right either but is truthful of what Jason wants people to think if they had sepereated and he wanted everyone to think they were reconciling. He may have called Meredith because he wasn't supposed to have keys and would explain why he may not have known if Michele was off that day or what her schedule was. She would've mentioned the doctors appt. if he had just been there the night before since it is his baby.

I began following this case, yadler - and despised this creature from the get-go; when I saw the 48 hrs feature, I wanted to reach into the TV and slap his face. Over the 'Net (recently, actually) I read the transcripts of those calls PM set up to kill the Levines - and his plans to 'employ' the hitman in Mexico ... and CONTINUE. They plotted to break in and attack a mega wealthy Blue-Chip mogul, too. I don't recall that coming out in court - but it was totally shocking to read; I could not believe it!!

PM told the snitch his father, Arthur "is a great guy, he'll take you in, treat you like a king and he's killed hundreds and he'll kill for me no problem...". My God! If these weren't court docs, I'd never have believed it...

And all March does in prison is order people about and work on his 'appeal'? Although he was not (as far as we know) a serial killer - that man has the perfect psyche to become one! So, while rotting in jail, he's doing just as Bundy did ... BELIEVING there's a legal way out.

Revolting, despicable blob of human waste. (He joins a growing crowd in his cesspool...).

Wait till you read what the sob did to the expat retirees in Mexico! No more rumors or conjectures. Both Perry and Scott convicted themselves after the murders. Young will follow. Running home to Mommy, quickly lawyering up and abandoning his house are just the start.

I remember Capt Joe was quite informative regarding the Taylor Behl case, and delved into Natalee's case as well. When you create misinformation in cases (i.e. "baby gate" in the Young home") you lose all credibility with me. Too bad as he seemed like an honest guy.

(approaching longest run-on sentence goal here) Anyway, please someone send me links to where I can read up on how it all ended. I mean, I KNOW how it ended...but I want to read the gory details. You captured what I was trying to say earlier - when I mentioned he doesn't invent stuff about this case - likes to be the early bird carrying the worm. I was reading your theory, strach, about the problem marriage and Jason taking more than was required for an overnight trip (heck, I'm flying overnight to London soon, for 2 days/2 nights; it's business, MUCH colder & I am ONLY taking a cabin bag and my handbag). Kudos to you :clap: because you hit on something ....I thought about what you wrote and wondered if that's another reason JY's with his parents - he'd PLANNED not to be around Raleigh for a while and took what he might need *ahead* of time.

Whether it's because of a problem marriage or whether it was part of his 'plan'. He had NO reason to g back. He took what was needed; Michelle's family had Cassie initially - so THEY would have packed wee Cassi's stuff.

Jason is AVOIDING that house. And your post dropped another penny into our wishing well...

Hi... just fed the 8 rescued felines outside; mom, dad and 2 litters ... sorry...

We don't get G of NG either; from what I picked up JY is not a suspect and ther are ongoing investigations confirmed. Although LE will never name a suspect unless or until a warrant of arrest has been issued ... they did not also say "he is not a POI" ... again, it's what LE haven't said.

Scott breezed around at will for 4 months - and were almost on the verge of arresting him - when Laci and Conner returned to shore.
