I was finally able to see what that "BirchleafResident" said about this kid. Some chick copied and pasted it into her own group on Yahoo and I've saved it on file.

IMO What an accusatory post, which is why it went on a forum. Little wonder that his parents went off their nut over it. After being done over it I don't suppose any of the forum mods over there would've given the lawyer the posters details?

Anything is possible IMO. I try not to reach too far with my speculation as more times than not I am wrong so to avoid putting the hex on the idea of the clothes I'll just be :silenced: .

Thanks, Shadow ... And your later post # 250 on page 10, Thread # 1 noted it had been removed and you linked what was posted instead - with your wondering how long the latest post would last! Well ... it was removed instantly.

Makes you wonder, eh? So many posts, pictures, websites, MySpace pages, funeral obits - all removed. Some-ones got a Cyber Eraser of note...

Not a word in the local level since about Nov. 17. It's waayy too quiet. :waitasec:

On the MSM last night they said JY is going between his parents and Raleigh. Wonder if he's visited LE or his attorney?

Still waiting to hear Jason has given a formal statement to LE..............

I'm just a little confused regarding the topic of what Jason took for clothes. Is this simply brainstorming here or have I missed something....again. The only thing I've read is that there was "luggage" in the vehicle when LE impounded it. Since there were 4 people in the SUV we don't know what belonged to whom.

I do not recall any press reports as to how much luggage was confiscated or how much belonged to whom. I believe this is a brainstorming activity at this point. With the amount of information we have, brainstorming is about all we can do.

I am absolutely amazed how quiet this case is, no leaks, no investigative reporters digging and reporting, it is simply amazing. I know in the Dyleski case, there were some things the press knew and held back, but nothing like this. I suppose however if it leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual responsible, it is well worth it.

Good Morning everyone! WOW, that was a really interesting read of 4 pages since I hit the hay last night. LOL

Jilly, I believe it was a friend of Jason's posting at CTV who mentioned all the 'luggage' Jason took with him upon leaving the home the last time he was seen there as they watched Grey's Anatomy. I had speculated that it could have been the initial moving out of the home for Jason, and his plans were to attend a meeting and then go to his folks home where he would spend Saturday night. It seems that would be the natural place to unload the luggage right, as he gathered himself and started makiung plans for his new life without Michelle. That is if there split is true as rumored from which poster - was that Joe who picked up on thast or Concerned Citizen? I think we heard that from CC at CTV.

Needless it is speculatiion, but it does fit in with the rest of the rumors involving his unfaithfulness and sure points to a motive for murder.

Shadow, were your posts here deleted? I think it was Strach who first brought up the idea that the juvinile with some problems could be the point of fear on the part of locals. There had to be pressure from some point. A insider posting from Raleigh posts info about this child on the net in a negative light.

We know what trauma this caused to the CTV board, What we're not looking at is the trauma of locals talking in soft whispers between themselves and their speculation as to his possible role being a next door neighbor. It well could be at that point action was taken on the part of his parents to quere any further talk about him and locals who were known to have done so were notified. I'm sure the parents or their spokesperson to these locals was angry, and that would create an environment of silence on the subject which got them to avoid talking about the case at all. Sorry that got so long.

The talk about the 911 tape is interesting as a poster there feels the original tape has been changed now so it doesn't play as it did. It does fit in with everything else that has disappeared, in fact many over there can not even find a link to it that works. Gees, this has to be the work of Jason's attorney, and that would take some doing to ID anything that could hurt his client potentially and remove it from the public ear. Like Annie said, I'm sure Smith Jr has been informed of everything, and with the step-father in Jason's corner, the ball certainly has started to roll, bouncing off links right and left.

G'day, fran This is wierd, is it not?.

Crumbs. What haven't we discussed here? Now, it's the perpetual wait. With feedback coming in people are 'afraid' to talk. LE said there was nothing to be frightened of. Surely there seems to be an ominous cloud hangng over this case and the folk involved. It's creepy, now.

JY's timeline is pivotal in moving forward. A timeline, methinks, he's not ready to unravel at all. There is a record of all of this - caveat is whether LE have it all. From fuelling his vehicle to cell phone records; hotel confirmations and food & gas receipts. A 4X4 (same as a Sub, right???) is unable to do the triangular road trip (if JY went to va) on 1 or 2 refuels. So there are those stops to identify.

I guess ... we'll have to wait.... eh?

Charlie, I wish you could read the CTV post that PSA referred to last night here in a post. That a poster there has been working to find out whaz up new in the case by talking to people in the know in Raleigh about the case.

There were three answers this CTV poster listed, and the last on held promise. It said in general that yes, some new information had been learned but this person in the know was not able to give out this info.

It is like the press {I feel that is who the poster had contacted} has been given the word to not to say anthing at this point about the workings of the case. And this would have to come from a higher power to the news producers, which I feel would be LE. Their investigation must be so sensitive because of all the locals who know things, that they don't want the good info they need to be tainted by things they learn in the news. That's all I can think of!

Yes, the 'luggage' theory is speculation we're mulling over. Although we've all discussed it, this is another deposit of The Jasonite's. I feel some of their info may have been genuine (to a degree) a lot of that info brought with it an illogical basis. And not just im my opinion, others seemed to have agreed.

Illogical example: Concerned Citizen told us this "was not a fax. It was a print out. Jason wanted Meredith to have a look at a surprise gift he was purchasing for Michelle - it was for their wedding anniversary...it was a leather purse ..."

Well, CC underestimated the eagle eyes and sharp minds of forum posters. Their anniversary was in October. So that one fell flat with lead weight. On top of which, this alibi is far too messy. JY's on a business trip, and he selects that very Friday morning to start engaging in faxes and printouts and secrets and getting Meredith there .... all for a leather purse with no birthday, anniversary or Christmas on the immediate horizon! Absolute hogwash and pure PIFFLE.

Could part of this problem be due to the fact the perp, if they do have evidence on JY but not ready to arrest him yet, went out of state to Va?

Would then that involve a different LE agency becoming involved for that part of the investigation? Would the FBI become involved because the crime has Special Circumstances with the death of a child iyet unborn? ????

I am wondering how a lawyer would go about stopping a link to a 911 tape. The 911 tape would have been obtained in the first place via a Freedom of Information request. Said request would require a review and could be objected to by interested parties - no objection the tape is released. So I am wondering how a lawyer circumvents the Freedom of Information Act.

If the links to the tape are gone, it may be that they have simply been cached. We've all ran into that problem - go look for a link and it is gone off to the cache in cyberspace. I'm not sure I see anything nefarious about this, yet...if the news source pulled the link because of a lawyer - they are IMO a bunch of whimps, freedom of the press is freedom of the press. Then again the newsource itself may have pulled it because it dawned on them that some cyberslueths may be a bit more sophisticated than previously thought, which is my suspicion. JMO

I'm wondering what *else* is in VA that Jason may have been using either his branch office, or business meeting in as a shield? Yes, my thought is way off the typical mark, but if this guy is guilty - anything's possible.

Y'know, even wufdude is no longer posting here! Wufdude was - what - a couple miles from MY's home? Is that right? Lord, this is like science-fiction!

Annie, do you know which poster mentioned all the luggage Jason took with him? Don't you wonder how he knew this? Did he see Jason that night? Was he the gay friend? {name escapes me}

It brings to bear Charlies prediction that the insiders might be saying things that would be regretted later on. For cyber world to learn that Jason left the home the same evening that preceded her death with a lot of luggage, certainly speaks to something they might not want the public to know. It tells a certain tale possibly which is easily unraveled and could give a hint as to motive for murder.

It's possible the FBI may have to get involved because of the interstate connection and phone records and credit card receipts. I really don't know.

But, from what I understand, NC doesn't consider this a 'special circumstance' because of the baby. Unlike California, I understand NC doesn't consider a baby not born as a second victim.

Too bad they're so far behind the times.
