I am having some serious doubts on jy, psa. You are starting to wear me down. Not that I don't believe that it "affair" could possibly be true, I am willing to give mm the benefit of the doubt until I can find out for myself. I'll try to comment later.

Hey, where did you get the info about telling the husband in front of the other friends? I haven't seen this anywhere but haven't been keeping up over the weekend either.

OK, aside from the fact that there's an "insider" at CTV stating LE arrived at MM's house - and made this announcement i/front of SM, plus a few friends: the S/Warrants ALSO state that Lisa Schroff was there when they went to sieze certain IT equipment (and validated the concept of the scrapbook being made for Cassie).

Nevertheless, I happen to believe the affair is true (lolll ... didn't mean to wear you down, lol ) ... but when you think JY's been holed up in Brevard, not been back to work, not talked to LE, not demanded assistance for the perp that did this, not asked for a reward, not, not not ----> nothing ... and then his (most recent IMO) affair comes out. Well? Hell-OHHH?

Sorry if this is totally O/T - what happened to the well-loved family dog? Where did he/she stay immed after the murder? I cannot help but worry about that dog ...

Thanks for the info close and rc. I saw the warrants Thursday, just overlooked that statement.

I don't guess it is really all that important that he was there when the warrant was served. The thing that stuck out to me was the statement that psa said "in front of the other friends". It was a coincidence that ES was at the house. It is not true that ES lives with or nearby the moneys. And there are not any other friends in the area (not within the college group). Really a meaningless point I suppose, ignore my rambling.....

The reasons given you gave make perfect sense. The circumstantial is starting to pile up.

Can't say for certain about the dog. Would assume it went with meredith after the body was found but I'm certain jy retrieved asap...

No, es was not with mm when they got the news of my's death. mm had no plans to travel to nc on 11/4 for the game. Can't speak for es.

Perhaps Close is actually thinking about the rumored "spa" weekend the sorority sisters, including MM, were rumored to have taken after all this information about the relationship between MM and JY came out ? Don't know but that rumor is also floating around.

Thanks Pack Fan ... well, Circumstantial Evidence is as good as DNA ... and forget whether folk think it is right/wrong to lawyer up ... NO ONE turns their back on their murdered wife and unborn baby son to "save (or protect) face".

Too much clutter here; too many people validating perceived logic that is not gelling.

The MM affair ... then the detailed s/warrants; and then JY has been away from office for nearly 5 weeks? Sounds a bit much to me. Won't be surprised to learn he has lost his job. And I think he WAS gambling.

And ya want me to throw in my next 2 cents? He dabbled with recreational drugs. Put that on the record and state it was PolkSaladAnnie that acused him, in her personal opinion.

Thanks ... the dog really worried me; I know he/she was old but very much used to lots of loving; to be tossed about is a bit cruel; I trust the pet is being loved and cared for now - whereever it is....

I give up reading there. ctv can get quite when they grab something and then run for it, lol.... I never know who is telling fact or who is being 'led' by the nose. When the Jasonites first started posting there, I watched a couple of long-time, good, decent, weathered posters RUN with these insiders and .... whoooaah boy ... they drank every word. Ah well, shows how desperate some are to "clinch a case" long before the facts come out, lol .... anyway, it's all part f the fun of posting, I s'pose ...

I have been reading this forum and had to comment. I graduated with Jason and had alot of classes with him. I like to think I knew him pretty well. He was always nice and never had a confrontation with anyone. All of this is strange to read about and do not want to believe that he did it. But I do have to say that if I was murdered I would hope that my husband would not be uncooperative and would be banging down the doors of the investigators to find who quickly who did it.
