Okay, you got me wondering, so I did a little searching and found a cache of the post where she writes about knowing Michelle:

I think there are a bunch of them that started posting and as things evolved they stopped perhaps after LE interviews or something of that nature. I know one thing - I hope I never find myself in their shoes. This has to be incredibly difficult for all of them. I find myself not so much wanting to know who is who - just what is realistic.

ECU girl in particular struck me as someone who was more than just an occasional acquaintance - only because her comments, although somewhat cryptic, are also indicative of someone closer rather than further away. Perhaps closer to Meredith but either way, I think her comments are indicative of the mood, at least on one side of this issue. That side has reason to believe what they believe. Interesting, I think all the video shots from the funeral tend to bear this to be a truth - granted we did not see everything but there was little unity in what was shown. I don't know but her posts struck me as very genuine, even disregarding her thoughts about JY - the words resonate.

Absolutely nothing of Cassidy....not even a mention of her being in attendance. Every murder victim funeral footage I've seen that involves children of the deceased shows those children. For tissue factor and to bring it home to the general public how bad this is. Cassidy is a 'big news' part of this case and she is not there to say goodbye to mommy?

Thanks for bringing this up, I never realized that Cassity wasn't at the funeral. Where do you think she was? most funerals where a mother has died with a small child, the child is with the family at the funeral. Even Robert Blake brought the baby.

Yes she did, Sami indicated she did not hear the dog on the tape which is why she believed the dog to be outside.

I agree, at that age she would be able to communicate this observation along with "boo boos", both beeding and boo boos are hearable on the 911 tape.

I can report that there is NO evidence of the dog on that recording. No barking and nothing that hints of the dog being in the house (no panting near the phone, no faint barking etc).

***Please note that WCSO/CID requested yesterday, and have received as of yesterday, all my audios and the final transcript...so I can talk about some areas of the call but can say nothing about Cassidy's voice within the recording.

On another topic, some people over on Ctv have made me wonder if they've gone mad. They know who they are if they read this but they're not people who also post here.

The speculation of Chelle's wedding ring being missing because her finger was cut off is borderline lunacy.

Not one of those people has bothered to think the possibility of if Chelle's wedding ring or engagement ring/wedding ring was not on her finger it would be because investigators have it for DNA sampling.

I think that person was hinting at the 'baby cut out' theory. Believe me, if there was anything inparticular that had been done to Chelle, Meredith would've said so and she would've been more uncontrollable than she was.

But unless someone has a copy of the full final AR, they'd know nothing except gossip and innuendo.

ETA: If it was sexual assault gone wrong....LE would have warned the entire neighborhood! Because that perp would still be out there.

I'm referring to a post I made about lights possibly being on in the house at the time of the murder, because in the dark the perp would've had so much trouble hitting Chelle repeatedly in on area of her head. Either Chelle was not in bed alseep or the perp turned on the light if she was in bed.

I didn't add this part to my original post = If he did so, he wouldn't have been able to hit her in the back of the head first because she would've either rolled over or sat up in the bed. This is another reason to suspect that she knew this perp.

The AR can be released, held off, released to the court if it contains vital evidence or sealed never released to the public or released afte rthe trial is complete. There are a few cases where the final AR has never been released and all the public knows is what is in the PreAR, which is a very basic report to determine the actual cause of death. The preAR and full AR are done at the same time and two reports are made. Prelim released first, as the examination continues for the full report to be made.

There is no 'baby cut from stomach' in this case. I should've made that clear so apologies for anyone thinking I may know something. That statement was made by me in light of a few cases of murder/removal and attempted removal of babies from pregnant mothers.

But would LE have done so if they thought the sexual assault was just a staged act? Or if they thought Michelle and Jason had had sex?

I had wondered from day one how she was found. Semi-naked? Naked? That would be so important to know. What if they found semen and they assume it is Jason's but have not gotten the test results back yet?

Now if the baby was removed or Michelle's stomach cut then whoah...I have to think twice about it being Jason. That just doesn't add up imo.

If it is Jason I dont think he would have defiled her body except the wounds inflicted to kill her.

I know one of the close insiders said that Michelle was struck 10 times with what they thought was a hammer.

It is all so strange and it is taking soooooooo darned long to even know anything. :banghead:

They should be out by now. The only way they cant be released is if the Judge seals them and usually that is done when the DA requests it.

The media should be all over the court clerk finding out this answer. Heck they should even report if they have checked and found the AR has been sealed. That would be news within itself.

Just as point of reference, and this link has nothing to do with the MY case, it appears that autopsy reports do take a while in Wake Co... This woman was found October 6th and the autopsy report was recently completed.

Again this has nothing to do with MY - it is used only to demonstrate the length of time for the autopsy report to be completed - approximately 2 months. This was a very nasty slaying by the way - committed by a woman on top of it. JMO

Hi all I have never posted on a board before so this will be my first time. I do not know what you mean when you say I took an idea from you and posted on another venue. Do you mean the CTV bored I know there is a user over there with the same name as me. I do not even know what venue is besides reading on here that you guys read post from over there I am assuming it is another bored. I tried to sign up over there but couldn't because someone had the same name. I am sorry if I have done something wrong but I just come here to catch up on some news and a coworker told me this was a good sight. I like all your insights into the case. I am going to go see if I can find the bored and find out who has got the same user name as me. That is kinda neat. I use that name because it relates to my name.
