OK, go with that. Why would he call Meredith, who lives about 30 miles away, to go pick up something like that? I mean, I know why he was calling Meredith...he needed someone to find Michelle. He also had to make that fax something that would look like he had to keep it from Michelle, if this is part of his alibi.

As I said, it was a thought away from my regular way of thinking. (every scenario seems to lead back to jason)

If what I originally put up is true and he is innocent **cough choke choke cough** then of course he'd have no problem calling Meredith. She does have a key to the house and he may have needed info from that 'fax', including if he did print it out (in which case it would have been printed out Thursday night and he may have forgotten it. It may have been emailed from work). He may have needed her to grab it and ring him with the information when she had the time.....but I wanted others opinions.

I just pulled up my file that deals with that scenario and I wrote it on the 15th November. It's another 'I'm going to lead back to Jason' file for the simple reason that by the time Meredith would've been able to get that info back to him the 'meeting' would've been over.

Quick question everyone: When was it confirmed that it was a printout of a coach purse or purse of any kind and that he didn't want Michelle to see it?

When the reports first came out about MM we read where LE said they had confirmed one encounter so it seems everyone figured they meant from MM but with the info from the search warrants I was caught up on the cassette tape, cd's digital images and two camcorders and a Nikon. Wanna bet they have a video or something of Jason and MM? Maybe more? E-mails and cell phones (with camera?) everyday?

From what I've read from the friend of a friend was the story was told around the time of the funeral by MM. It's thought she got this information directly from JY.

Sami, what we know about that is he left a voice mail message in the am for Meredith. Only thing in the media confirmed is a document. The RFD poster on ctv has related most of that info and even MM, Jason and Meredith as the sources for that and who they told what so it sounds pretty sure but still not a proven fact. Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong but that's how I remember it. Lots to find out from forensics too if they ever go public with any of that. It was said that MM was supposed to be giving her opinion on the purse. We already know that the insiders who quit posting on Jason's behalf first said it was an anniversary gift and then it changed to a x-mas gift.

I'm sorry - I have to tell you I'm having a bit of trouble watching it - it is obvious there are still some very raw emotions very close to the surface even now. She is just an incredible woman.

No need to hide, I think most of us started out hoping for Cassidy's sake that JY had nothing to do with it and even though we would be wrong - I think a lot of us would be still be happy if it turns out to be someone else as long as they are cuaght and brought to justice.

j2mirish - to be honest with you, I think LE knew where that fax/print out came from very early on and they didn't need to get into JYs computer to find out-it was printed out for them in black and white - maybe color as well. It would have been an early focal point as that is the only reason MF gave for being there. This definitely looks bad for JY no doubt. But don't hide - it is good to have opposing positions - how else can we think without prejudice ?

Fran, I read a post yesterday where RPD said that JY had flown to Fl in October {9th ?} when MM's hubby was out of town, and they consumated their relationship at that time at her house. And he also said it was they only time they had sex!

this is a post by Orange1....a newbie 'over there'...only 3 posts & this is the third....this person was at the funeral ..... they also state they know for a fact that Michelle WAS suppose to be at work on that Friday....i feel like this person must be a co-worker/friend of Michelles.....

My observations from the funeral:
1. Everything he said to me at the funeral/wake sounded very insincere and contrived (as in he planned out his answers)
2. The funeral was so full it was standing room only....except for the row behind Jason...the people who attended felt more comfortable standing through the service than sitting near him...what does that say about him??

hmmm, i thought RPD said they "consumated" their relationship in September..

..i believe he/she even posted an exact date for 'it'.....

eta...i don't think it really matters anyway, when he 'knocked boots' with MM, but i remember thinking it was kinda odd that RPD knew the date of 'it'....well, so he/she claims anyway....

Check post #74 in the Search Warrants thread - with White Wolf's assistance I was able to pull up a seminar that was offered at the Denver Convention Center for the American Health Information Management Association - the dates for the Denver airline ticket and the Adam's Mark hotel receipt match up with this convention.

Also from the search warrants was a cofirmation for the Hampton Inn Septembet 5 -8 2006 - this I believe is the Florida visit - I found a medical convention in Orlando at that time but not sure it was related - the 5 -8 are a Tuesday - Friday time period so it is possible that he and MM started at least chatting then.

Yeah what RC said, I knew he had looked up the info from the search warrants and found the conference and hotel for Denver. I saw someone post the Sept. 16th date as well for the MM encounter over at ctv but I don't know if that matches up with anything from the search warrants. I had the impression she was the Sept. 5th date but I don't know why.

So it was in Sept he'd had his way with her yet they still talked by phone or email every day up until MY was murdered. I would say he must be very persistant. Sounds a little compulsive, imho.
