I believe she could be this Jane Doe.

This Jane Doe's partial remains, missing 'one or more limb' was found in February 1999. Micky had a tattoo on her arm and her leg, I assume the arms and legs were missing so the tattoos couldn't be spotted. Some stats are off but it would be hard to tell with those remains.
