I wonder, when it comes time for trial, if there will be any concrete evidence or if it will all be the circumstantial things that are listed above. I sure would hate to see an innocent person be sentenced to life in prison just because they knew someone who disappeared, their father committed suicide, and they may have witnessed an accident as a child. From my understanding, usually when people are falsly convicted of a crime it is through evidence and eyewitness testimony.

Are you speaking of the fatality at the Brantford airport? FWIW that incident happened in 2005, DM was certainly no child, he was a 20 year old man hosting raves, flying planes and helicopters, driving and living a carefree, young adult life. MOO.

Is anyone privy to what if anything is going on at MA nowadays? Are they looking to rent it out or possibly sell it? I wonder if the city of Waterloo would be interested in claiming it?

When you get to a certain age, 20 is considered still a child to some people. And considering he was flying planes and helicopters at 14, and likely driving at 16, I doubt that was enough to qualify him as an adult, at least in my opinion. But the fact remains, witnessing an accident at any age does not make one more likely to become a murderer later in life. Unless you are suggesting that he somehow caused the accidental death?
