Mr. Miller's family was located. A copy of an email sent to me from the investigator at Fulton County:

Dear XXXXXXXX

Yes it is definitely the same Ronald Miller. However, his family (his sister, nephew and others) were made aware of his death and even attended a belated funeral. The error was ours in not removing it from the Unclaimed site.
