I am so disgusted that the top 5 I won't say 6 because Baez is an idiot are there to represent Casey. Why the heck did they not join in with the state to represent Caylee? Why? I keep asking myself, do these people only care about money and publicity? We are talking about a 2 year old child that didn't have a chance in "Heck" in life because of this twisted family. I do believe and pray that this so called "Dream Team" turns into the nightmare team. I did like the statement I heard last night..."Science is Science and it can't be changed!" So, what is the big deal that they were not allowed in the crime scene area? Why are they saying that the forensics that are already known are not of Caylee? To create reasonable doubt...but if "Science is Science and it can't be changed!" We should all be aware that yes it was Caylee's little body in the trunk of Casey's car.

Ok...I am sure if we were accused of something we would want all the help we could get....but with everything out there now do these experts really think KC is not guilty?????PUlease!! my question is this...are they now privy to what Baez knows? Are they given the story that KC has given him in order for them to really work on this case? or are they just trying to do what they do (ugh) This has bugged me.

Unfortunately, JB hired these people to do what they do best....cast doubt in the minds of jurors. Its going to be such a "show" in the courtroom, everyone's head will be spinning, and before long they will have people starting to question everything about the case. The States Attorney Office will have a tough job keeping the focus on the facts and the evidence, and I hope they pound the defense into the ground. I look forward to trial, there will be things revealed that will blow everyone away, IMO of course.

I don't think JB HIRED any of them. First there is NO money. Second, each of these people no doubt volunteered their "services" in exchange for future profits.

At trial, it will be funny to watch all of them fighting for first chair position. LB already has JB's britches in wads.

what a classic moment when the reporter asked Baez on Friday after court..
"So who is paying for all this" and Baez response "it's non ya business".

I mean really I can tell you who's paying for caseys in jail: Us taxpayers. For all of her lies and the murder of caylee, the state and the nation has spent countless dollars piecing this case together becuase a ho decided she wanted party, instead of being a mother. That angers me.

And yes the Badden women makes me sick! But really though who is paying for the Scheme Team?

Yes, that is what they are trying to do, but in MHO they look like weasels. They keep saying, "Science is science". Yes it is, so WHY are you insinuating that the ME and the FBI will manipulate science?

Thursday night Baez says to the media, "This might not be Caylee" and then Friday morning in court he says tentatively it is Caylee and they should have the right to view the autopsy, etc.

The defense doesn't have to PROVE their case beyond a reasonable doubt, they only have to cast reasonable doubt. I think the FL law is fair.

I think this thread should be a poll. I would vote scheme team!

It all depends on who sits on the jury. If they can confuse just one or two people that is all they need and that is the defense strategy. Look at all the hard work fellow WS'ers have put into this case. The defense isn't going to do that. They have a plan. Just like JB pretending to be inept at handling this case (maybe not pretending). Look who he has drawn out of the woodwork. This may have sounded crazy to us but they are thinking they are crazy like a fox. This was CA plan all along, LE is trying to get me, LE doesn't like me, and my favorite I saw in a movie that you can't trust LE when you child is kidnapped. It is a Scheme Team.

JB didn't draw these people out of the wood work. It is my opinion that they contacted him simply because of the magnitude of the case. It isn't even about Casey, much less Caylee.

When theese mooches and has-beens start to realize that they're never going to get paid for doing real work, I have a feeling the lil' "dream team" is going to fall apart. Speaking of which, going over their records and accomplishments it's not really all that impressive. If writing a book or two is the end all and be all of pathology then they are it, but if not, then their records on the stand and in the court room is just not impressive at all.

Once the prosecution opens their bag of tricks and reveals all of the evidence we have NOT heard about, Baez and his cronies might need some aspirin .....Fast!

I have been a huge fan of your work for a very long time but this is it for me. This monster murdered her beautiful little girl in cold blood and promptly went out partying, looking like she didn't have a care in the world. And obviously she didn't since she had rid herself of her only responsibility by murdering her baby.

Don't you have enough money and fame? Do you really need to cast your lot with this defense team?

Shame on you. I would have bet money you were above this kind of thing. Not only will I never read another one of your books but I won't be watching Bones anymore and I will do my best to enlist as many people as possible in boycotting your work.

I agree, luckily this isnt California....FL is a no nonsense state when it comes to the law,trial, etc. So alot of there theatrics wont fly with the Judge.....

Okay, can anybody tell me, when the evidence/findings come back on the skull, bones, etc. will or should the dream team tell KA,
"Listen, all this evidence shows that we have no chance of getting you off on these charges", then will they claim that it was psychological act, claiming insanity?
Will they tell her, "you have no chance in h@ll of not going to prison (lw/op)" or is this trying to make a deal with the state? Oh, jeeze, typing this is getting confusing.
I guess what I'm asking can someone tell me what the options will be?
