Don't know if this is new, but first I heard, there were 2 sexual assaults: March 26 and April 11

I hadn't heard there were two, how awful if accurate.:furious:

The decal on the back window of his truck. Link with photo here: http://wral.com/news/national_world/national/story/2304288/

Yes! How come that was not mentioned? Or was it and I missed it - if was omitted, I'd like to know why? IMO that would have made the vehicle a whole lot easier to detect....

I even find it hard to believe that Xtina didn't have a picture of their truck from some point of having it....If the red writing was omitted/not mentioned by her...was it another way to "buy him time"

Laurean was brought to the NCIS office to meet with Onslow LE and interviewed him regarding the possible whereabouts of Maria on 1/8/08. At that point, he was just a witness. (Gag me.) Apparently he wasn't mirandized because that was just a witness interview.

I wonder if Laurean is accused of both of them.

Harrassment that Maria reported was her car being keyed and her being struck in the face by a tall male at her barracks (housing). Both incidences happened on base. (That's probably why her roommate gave her a place to live off - base.)

****I wonder if Maria was forced to write her goodbye note. I hope that investigators investigate this angle. Perhaps, Laurean and his/her wife could have accosted her, knowing her roommate was out of town, and forced her to write the note. Laurean could have planned this murder.****

I wouldn't be suprised if his wife left that part out so he could have more time to escape.

Why would he have a civil atty on the rape allegation???

And then the Lauren plan to leave was hatched. Knowing the LE and NCIS were now looking for maria. I bet

Maybe, she went over to Laurean's house to say "goodbye." Tey are saying that it was she who wrote the note that was left at her house.

But why would she go AWOL and risk losing her medical benefits this close to delivery?????? It just doesn't make any sense to me!

That was the best press conference I've heard in eons. Of course it was all Marine covering there behinds. How many times have we seen that??

I wrote like crazy dates, etc. Will try to put it together in a timeline fashion.

We really do need a forum for this case. Too many timelines and information to keep track of!!!!

Laurean's meeting LASTED ONLY A FEW SECONDS WITH ONSLOW DEPUTIES BECAUSE HE WANTED AN ATTORNEY.

How do you know the wife gave the decription? He drove it on the base all the time. The base knew what it looked like.

Between the 15th of Dec and the 11th of January, Laurean had been at all the appointed places he was required to be. Not determined to be a flight risk.

Gee, sounds like they are still in question and answer mode. Hopefully someone is watching it now.

I'm here in another room typing away here and trying to put all the information from this conference in logical order to post later.

If someone else is also doing this, let me know.
