Police have not tried to locate this child at ALL! She was last reported living in Ridgeville, South Carolina in Janiuary of 2025 after a unplanned move. The child was to stay there where her father could give her stability. Mother and new boyfriend took her without notifying her father to somewhere in Texas state.
The whole situation seems wrong in it's handling. No one has heard from this child since January and the mother refuses to say where they are. How do I locate resources to help this man find his missing daughter? I am new to this and learning something every day! How do we get the word around if the police refuse to try and locate her?
